CALL OFF CONTRACT FOR CABLE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED-QP requires the services of annual maintenance for the Low Voltage (L.V.) and High Voltage (H.V.)cables on call-off basis for a duration of five (5) years. The following activities are to be carried out: 1.1,,Excavation of cable trenches 1.2,,Cable laying 1.3,,Cable testing 1.4,,Cable termination 1.5,,Cable fault locating 1.6,,Cable jointing 1.7,,Cable removing 1.8,,Road crossing for cable trenches 1.9,,Cable trench under concrete layer 1.10,, Supply and installation of galvanized cable trays and covers 1.11,, Supply and installation of Earthing pits and the like.

REPLACEMENT OF 33 KV POWER CABLES & PROTECTION RELAYS AT NGL-3, MESAIEED-Design & Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Testing of the Facility in relation to Replacement of 33KV Electrical Power Cables including circuit breakers and Protection Relays at NGL-3, Mesaieed for a Contract Duration of Twenty (24) Calendar Months.

CATHODIC PROTECTION SERVICES ON CALL-OFF BASIS FOR MESAIEED OPERATIONS-Qatar Petroleum's Mesaieed Operations operates several pipelines, which are cathodically protected. QP conducts monthly systems operations surveys for cathodic protection stations and annual surveys for each protected pipeline. These two sets of surveys have generated a series of maintenance requirements such as installation of vertical anode ground beds, refurbishment of failing sacrificial anode ground beds, pin brazing and replacement of test posts. QP requires the Services of a competent and experienced Contractor to carry out above maintenance Services on a call-off basis for a duration of 5 years

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR AMBIENT AIR QUALITY MONITORING STATIONS AT RLIC, MIC, DCA AND HALUL-The Scope of Service consist of two (02) parts as below: Part A: Operation and Maintenance Services for RLIC Environmental Society AAQMS Contractor shall relocate/upgrade the AAQMS at RLC Port and to operate and maintain the eight (8) AAQMS including mobilise/demobilise all Contractor resources, provision of all contractor personnel, supervision, testing, equipment, consumables ,tools, spare parts and each and every item of expense necessary for the services. Part B: Operation and Maintenance Services for AAQMS At MIC, DCA and Halul Contractor shall operate and maintain the eight (8) AAQMS on a continuous basis, while Contractor shall have the option of replacing QP existing equipment in the eight (8) AAQMS with new analyzers/solutions from any reputable manufacturer provided these analyzers are in line with the US EPA standards.

CHARTER OF A FLOATING STORAGE & OFFLOADING TANKER (FSO)FOR AL RAYYAN FIELD-CONTRACTOR shall provide one (01) Floating Storage and Offloading Tanker (FSO) together with an operational crew to support its Production facilities (i.e. Al Mourjan Platform) at Al Rayyan field. Contract Duration shall be sixty nine (69) months from the Effective Date

UPGRADE OF BS-100 AND BS-60 FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AT RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY-CONTRACTOR shall carry out removal of existing FAS, supply and installation of new FAS including all required cabling, programming configuration and Communication for the FAS at 15 numbers buildings & complete with configuration and graphic modification in CFAMS located at ERCC control room and nearest Fire Station, followed by the required testing and commissioning for providing a fully functional FAS.

RELOCATION/DISPOSAL OF FURNITURE & MOVEABLE ASSETS-Relocation/Disposal of Furniture & Moveable Assets from Doha Buildings to ABH District and all QP Locations as per SOS Documents

PROVISION OF DRILLING AND WORKOVER UNITS FOR OFFSHORE OPERATIONS-1 Contractor shall provide Offshore Drilling & Workover Unit (Rig) complete with all Contractor Items and Contractor Personnel ready to carry out all operations required to drill, workover, test and complete Offshore wells and shall carryout drilling, workover, test and complete Offshore wells at locations indicated by QP. 2 The Scope of Services shall consist of two (2) Rigs. QP, at its sole discretion, can award one Contract or two (2) Contracts separately for each Rig. 3 Contractor shall within six (6) calendar month(s) from the Effective Date complete initial mobilization and deliver the Drilling & Workover Unit including all necessary Contractor Items, Contractor Personnel and each and every item required for the Services, in ready to Drill condition, and complete the inspection and issuance of initial mobilization acceptance certificate by QP. 4 Contractor shall carry out the Services for Contract Duration of sixty six (66) months, including six (6) months for initial mobilisation and inspection, from the Effective Date. 5 Contractor shall in its performance of the Services provide the daily drilling report and all other reports as per the Contract.

PROVISION OF ACCOMODATION BARGE TO SUPPORT PS1 SHUTDOWN-QP requires the Services of a competent and experienced CONTRACTOR to provide a VESSEL together with operational CREW to support its shutdown maintenance activities of Production Station (PS1), also known as Idd El Shargi Field. CONTRACTOR shall provide a single jack-up accommodation VESSEL that shall meet the specifications set forth in the CONTRACT. Anchor moored VESSEL is unsuitable for the locations envisaged. The VESSEL must be capable of positioning itself at the Platform-D of Production Station (PS-1), in the OFFSHORE LOCATION as per Drawings included in SOW.

IMPLEMENTATION OF SHUTDOWN PCRs FOR CRUDE & RFCC UNITS AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED.-The Scope of work includes supply of all labour, materials(apart from those to be free-issued by QP which will be explicitly specified in Appendix G of the tender document), consumables, services, supervision, testing, equipment, commissioning tools, devices, warehousing and transportation necessary for the implementation of the mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation works related to the firm scope of thirty seven(37) shutdown PCRs (for piping and related works) and any additional shutdown PCRs that has to be implemented in Crude Refinery and RFCC units during the respective planned shutdowns. Contract Duration is nine (9) calendar months
