PROVISION OF RELOCATION SUPPORT SERVICES FOR GLOBAL MOBILITY-The launch of an integrated global mobility program in QatarEnergy is expected to go live early 2022. This requires delivery of number of relocation support services by a Company (Contractor) which has necessary expertise/resources for QatarEnergy employees and their families who may be relocated abroad on attachment, secondment, project assignments or international offices. Contractor shall provide all necessary support services in order to ensure a safe and smooth relocation of QatarEnergy employees in the host country, which consist of the following: a),,Host-country orientation b),,House-search c),,Banking services d),,Schooling services e),,Shipping of goods f),,Cross-cultural services

MAINTENANCE OF WAREHOUSE LIFTING EQUIPMENT-QatarEnergy requires the Services of a competent and experienced Contractor to provide periodic preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, break-down repair and yearly renewal of traffic registration of the Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Ride-on Sweepers and Scissor Lift on defined and call-off basis at QatarEnergy's warehouses located at Ras Laffan, R&DC (Mesaieed) and NGL & Refinery Mesaieed as specified in Appendix A. In addition to above, Contractor shall supply Two (2) Reach Truck and One (1) Electric Forklift on hire basis for the period as specified in Appendix A.

POWER FEEDER CIRCUITS FROM KM NEW SS TO REFINERY SS-The scope of WORK includes the replacement of power, control and pilot wire protection cables between the new 11kV switchgear at 132/11kV Kahramaa substations to downstream refinery substations, as further detailed below: 1.,,Re-routing of existing cables connected to existing switchgear of refinery substations and installation of new HV/LV cables including terminations /tie-ins works. 2.,,Associated Civil works including earthworks for cable trenching, duct backs, road crossings and cable joint pits. 3.,,Associated HSE studies, reviews, reports and deliverables. 4.,,Cable tie-in at Kahramaa substation which includes connection of all cables directly to the 11 KV switchgear installed at 132/11 KV substation. 5.,,Replacing interconnecting cables between QatarEnergy Refinery substation 1375A and substation 2306K and cables between downstream substation 3102K and substation 3103K. All substations have redundant power supply feeders and complete substation shutdown is therefore not envisaged for the cable tie-in. The partial shutdown of the switchgear is subject to QatarEnergy Operations approval.

ADDITIONAL CATERING FACILITIES AT DUKHAN-Detailed design and engineering, procurement, installation, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance testing, start-up and handover of all equipment and materials, expediting, shipping, placement of subcontractors for the design and construct fully functional Additional Catering Facilities for barbeque along with its required preparation and storage facility connected to existing kitchen facilities at Al-Lewan and Al-Sidra restaurants, Dukhan Concession Area (DCA).

PROVISION OF FOAM CONCENTRATE SAMPLING AND TESTING SERVICES FOR RLIC, HALUL AND MIC-Contractor shall perform Foam Concentrate Sampling and Testing Services for RLIC, Halul and MIC locations which includes collection of foam concentrate samples, delivery to ISO Certified Laboratory, Testing for each of the parameters and Reports submission to QatarEnergy.

MAINT SUPPORT SERVICES FOR CATERPILLAR DIESEL ENGINES-Provision of Maintenance Support Services for 18 Caterpillar diesel engines at Offshore Locations (PS-2, PS-3, NFA, ALR, ISND and Halul Island on call-off basis. Contract duration: 05 years Tentative Start Date: 22/05/2022. Location: QP Offshore Locations and Halul Island

UPGRADE F&G DETECTION SYSTM IN BATTERY ROOMS WRKSHOPS DKN-Upgrade F&G Detection system for Battery Rooms, Workshops and Integration of F&G systems at all Facilities within Dukhan The existing fire and gas systems installed in various buildings/facilities in Dukhan field are found inadequate and not comp liant with QP Philosophy for Fire & Safety. In addition, the application of the philosophy is not uniform across the field as highlighted by Process Safety & Loss Prevention team at Dukhan Operations in their different study reports. The non-compliance to QP corporate philosophy poses a serious threat to the safety of personnel and capital assets. Any incident may result in serious consequences as these facilities are located either within or in the vicinity of oil & gas processing & production facilities. The objective of the project is to enhance the safety of human and capital assets by upgrading the F&G Detection systems for Battery Rooms, Workshops, Security Guard rooms and Instrument Air Compressor Shelters at all Production Stations Facilities within Dukhan, ensuring compliance to QP Philosophy for Fire & Safety, Shell DEPs and relevant applicable International Engineering standards for Fire and Gas Systems.

PROVISION OF SERVICES OF WELLHEAD CUTTING OF ABANDONED WELLS IN ONSHORE OPERATIONS-1,,Contractor shall deploy required Contractor Personnel, Contractor Items, provide supervision, testing, and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of Wellhead cutting of abandoned Wells at Onshore locations on a call-off basis. 2,,Contractor shall carry out cellar excavation and enlargement as required to accommodate the Contractor's tools and to have enough space for Rig and Rig down equipment. 3,,Contractor shall cut the wellhead below Flanges as required, including conductor and all inner casings. 4,,Contractor shall provide detailed job program for each well, including detailed data of the existing casings and the specific tools, cutting blades, bevel bit to be used for the job. 5,,Contractor shall cover the casing with cement block and backfill the cellar with soil after wellhead cut completion. 6,,The cutting shall be carried out by experienced Contractor Personnel who have a minimum of 5 years' experience for Services Engineer and 3 years' experience for Services Operator in the relevant Operations 7,,Providing report after location survey and final job report upon completion of each Release Order. 8,,Contract duration for the Services shall be five (5) years from the Effective Date including two (2) months for initial mobilization and inspection.
