MAINTENANCE OF GONDOLA WINDOW CLEANING MACHINE (BMU) AT MIC-MAINTENANCE OF GONDOLA WINDOW CLEANING MACHINES AT MESAIEED INDUSTRIAL CITY (MIC)

PROVISION OF MULTI-SKILLED MATERIALS PERSONNEL AND MATERIAL HANDLERS-PROVISION OF MULTI-SKILLED MATERIALS PERSONNEL AND MATERIALS HANDLERS QP requires the Services of a competent and experienced Contractor to provide Manpower Support Services of qualified and experienced Multi-skilled personnel and Materials handlers on continuous and call-off basis to assist QP Materials Department at different QP Locations e.g. Doha, Dukhan, Mesaieed and Ras Laffan for a period of five (5) Years.

EPIC FOR REPLACEMENT OF CRUDE OIL TRANSFER LINES AT DUKHAN-The Scope of Work for this Project includes Engineering , Procurement, Construction, Commissioning of Crude Transfer lines in Dukhan as detailed below: 1. Construction of new 10" diameter aboveground pipeline between KSDS and KMDS (approximately 5.3km). Decommissioning/ Demolition of existing 12" diameter MOL (4.4km). 2.,,Construction of new 10" diameter aboveground pipeline between FNDS and FMDS (approximately 5.1km). Decommissioning/ Demolition of existing 10" diameter MOL (5.2km). 3.,,Construction of new 10" diameter aboveground pipeline between FSDS and FMDS (approximately 8.1 km). Decommissioning/ Demolition of existing 12" diameter MOL (6.4km). 4.,,Construction of the Main Oil Lines related facilities (Pig Launcher / Receiver, valves, Fittings, Supports etc.) 5.,,A new Pipeline Monitoring System/Leak Detection System (LDS) shall be provided for the new pipelines. 6.,,New field instruments, including F&G detectors for local and remote monitoring, control and safeguarding of new pipelines shall be provided. 7.,,Carry out all modifications related to Process, Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil/Structural, Environmental and Loss Prevention works. 8.,,Carry out all the necessary modification for the utility systems. 9. The existing condensate lines /oily water lines (from WHTPs and other plants) shall be extended to connect to respective new MOL pipelines from the nearest point after duly blinding the tie-in point at the existing MOL pipelines.

REFURBISHMENT OF PROTECTIVE COATINGS AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-QP requires the services of Contractor to carryout coating refurbishment and patch painting at offshore locations for a period of five (5) calendar years

IRRIGATION, LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER SUNDRY SERVICES AT DUKHAN CONCESSION AREA-IRRIGATION, LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER SUNDRY SERVICES AT DUKHAN CONCESSION AREA CONTRACTOR shall carry out routine operation and maintenance of all landscape, water features and irrigation facilities and associated call-off services, which include but not limited to supply all material, labour, engineering, services, supervision, storage, testing devices, equipment, tools, consumable materials, transportation and each and every items of expense necessary at Dukhan Township and other areas within Dukhan Concession Area

THERMAL INSULATION AND FIRE PROOFING SUPPORT AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-THERMAL INSULATION AND FIRE PROOFING SUPPORT AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS. CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPPLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED AND COMPETENT PERSONNEL (SUPERVISORS, LAGGERS, FABRICATERS, APPROVED APPLICATORS OF BOTHE CEMENTITOUS AMD EPOXY FIREPROOFING OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR AND COMPATABLE SYSTEMS) CAPABLE OF CARRYING OUT INSTALLATUON, UPKEEP, STRIPPING, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THERMAL INSULATION, COLD INSULATION, FIREPROOFING SYSTEMS (EOPXY OR OTHER TYPES)ON VESSELS, TANKS, HEAT EXCHANGERS, COLUMNS, VALVES, PROCESS PIPELINE, HVAC SYSTEM, REPLACEMENT OF HOUSE WALL AND ROOF CLADDING AND LOUVERS AT THE OFFSHORE LOCATIONS AT PS2, PS3, NFA AND HALUL ISLAND (HEREINAFTER REFFRRED TO AS "SERVICES") SERVICES SHALL BE PERFORMED ON A CALL OFF BASIS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BY QP. FOR SUCH SERVICES QP SHALL ISSUE TO CONTRACTOR A CWR (RO) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT PROCEDURES.

PROVISION OF ESCAPE CAPSULE "LIFEBOAT" COXSWAIN TRAINING-QP aims to provide to its designated Coxswains, Deputy Coxswains and Coxswain training courses in(1)Initial Lifeboat Coxswain Training and (2)Lifeboat Coxswain Refresher. The training shall be on QP premises and the services are to be carried out under call-off basis

PROVISION OF INERTING SERVICES AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-Contractor shall supply a liquid Nitrogen and Helium with all required equipment and operators to QP offshore locations PS/2, PS/3 and NFA to be used for plant purging/inerting and leak-testing during estimated 05 planned shutdowns and during emergency repairs. Contractor shall provide the services on call-off basis upon receipt of a Release Order from QP. QP shall provide transportation by boat for Contractor's equipment from Ras Laffan Jetty to the offshore locations and back. Planned Start Date: 22/05/2016 Contract Duration: 5 years

PROVISION OF MATERIAL SPECIALIST AND INSPECTORS-QP intends to secure the services of competent and experienced Contractor to undertake the responsibility of hiring and supplying of qualified and experienced Ten (10) Material Specialists and Seven(7) Material Engineers (Inspection) to assist the Material Integrity & Inspection section for Material Master Data creation, Technical Evaluation of Stock enquires, Inspection of Inward Material and co-ordination of TPI ( Third Party Inspection).

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR MIC AMBIENT AIR QUALITY MONITORING STATIONS-1.1 Seven(7) Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations (AAQMS) are installed in and around Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC). The stations are managed by QP on behalf of the Laffan Environmential Society (LES) which has membership from the End-User companies operating in RLIC. These stations require proper day to day operation and maintenance to ensure reliable data is being generated which conform to the minimum data capture rate as per the legal requirements four(4)Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations (AAQMS) are installed in and around Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC) 1.2,,The objective of the CONTRACT is to maintain and operate the AAQMS on a continuous basis in order to monitor the ambient air quality and meteorological parameters at the mentioned locations. Of primary importance for this CONTRACT is to maintain a greater than ninety percent (> 90%) Data Capture Rate (DCR) for all parameters measured at all times as well as to ensure reliability of results generated through a systematic data validation process. 1.3,,Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, CONTRACTOR shall supply all consumables, spare parts, services, supervision, equipment, materials and each and every item of expense necessary for the operation and maintenance and data handling of the AAQMS for RLC & MIC.
