PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES AT DUKHAN WORKSHOPS-Provision of maintenance & support services by providing manpower to the Dukhan Workshops on continuous as well as call-off basis for a period of five (5) years. Tentative categories of manpower to be provided are Electrical technicians, Instrument technicians, Mechanical technicians, Mechanical pipe fitters, Diesel engine mechanics, Mechanical machinists, welders and fabricators.

MAINTENANCE OF FIRE ALARM, GAS DETECTION & FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS AT VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS-Maintenance of various types of fire alarm, gas detection and fire fighting systems at various QP locations (in Doha, Dukhan and RLIC) within the jurisdiction of QP's Facilities Management Department on Definite and Call-Off basis.

FLOW METERING SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES IN GDS STATIONS MESAIEED, DOHA & RASLAFFAN FOR FIVE (5) YEARS-FLOW METERING SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT ON CALLOFF BASIS IN MESAIEED, DOHA AND RAS LAFFAN Contractor provides technical support services including but not limited to carrying out preventive maintenance tasks and breakdown tasks of various metering equipments throughout the GDS Network and engineering support services. This includes specialized services from various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to render specialized services. Duration of Contract is five(5) calendar years.

ENGINEERING MEASUREMENT SERVICES-QP requires CONTRACTOR to provide Engineering Measurement Services ("SERVICES") by way of technical support to implement the measurement guidelines in JVs, EPSA/ DPSAs and QP locations. 1. The Scope of Services shall comprise of routine SERVICES (Defined Scope)and non routine SERVICES on Call off basis. Release Orders shall be issued for the call off component of the SERVICES i.e. non routine SERVICES. 2. CONTRACTOR shall provide professional expertise and technical advices on measurement activities with suitably qualified and experienced CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL, as per the minimum requirement stipulated in Clause 4 herein. 3. CONTRACTOR shall perform the SERVICES by carrying out the activities in the measurement systems installed at locations indicated in Clause 2 herein. A Measurement System is defined as"A Measurement System consists of an assembly of primary elements, secondary devices, sampling systems, analyzers and flow computers, which together serve to provide a measure of the quantity and quality of a product related to royalty, fiscal/custody transfer and allocation process" 4.CONTRACTOR shall use the standards and guidelines.

PROV FOR CIVIL&ELEC&MECH MAINTENANCE SERV AT VAR QP LOCATION-PROVISION FOR CIVIL, ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS : 1. MESAIEED INDUSTRIAL CITY (NON OPERATIONAL AREA) 2. RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY 3. MESAIEED INDUSTRIAL CITY (OPERATIONAL AREA)

MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR TYCO AND SIEMENS MAKE TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEMS AT RLIC-Contractor shall carry out corrective maintenance and Periodic maintenance services which includes but not limited to repair / replacement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Tyco and Siemens make traffic light systems such as traffic lights, controller, poles, signal heads and roads loop coil detectors at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) on call off basis. Contract duration shall be Sixty (60) calendar months.

PROVISION OF SVCS FOR SURFACE SAMPLING AND PVT ANALYSIS FOR ONSHORE & OFFSHORE OIL FIELDS-Provision of personnel, services, supervision, testing, equipment, tools and each and every item of expense necessary for the provision of Surface Sampling, Pressure Volume Temperature (PVT) Analysis and specialized Asphaltene, Flow Assurance and EOR studies on a call off basis, for a Contract duration of 3 Years or 5 years

MAINTENANCE OF STAND BY GENERATOR, UPS, CBS, AC-DC CONVERTER AND AIR-COMPRESSOR AT VARIOUS QP FACILITIES-MAINTENANCE OF STAND BY GENERATOR, UPS, CBS AND AC-DC CONVERTER AT VARIOUS QP FACILITIES

MAINTENANCE OF FORKLIFT & RIDE SWEEPERS-QP requires the Services of a competent and experienced Contractor to provide periodic Preventive maintenance, Routine Maintenance, Break-down repair and yearly renewal of Traffic registration of the Forklifts, Reach Trucks and Ride-on Sweepers specified in the Annexure # 1 to Appendix A on call-off basis as specified herein at QP's Stores located at Ras Laffan, R&DC (Mesaieed) and NGL & Refinery Mesaieed. In addition to above Contractor to provide Reach Trucks and Fork-Lifts on continuous and call-off basis as specified in the Annexure # 2 to Appendix A.

RLC GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSION VERIFICATION-1) Contractor shall provide QP on call-off basis, as and when required, consultancy services by deploying highly qualified, skilled, specialised and technically experienced personnel complying with the specified consultancy services requirements and every and each item necessary for carrying out various categories of verification process, analysis and submit reports and deliverables with recommendations. 2) The Contractor shall possess accreditation issued by a European Accreditation Organization based on ISO-14065 for Green House Gas (GHG) verification under EUTS Phase III 3) The Contractor shall verify which elements of the GHG Accounting & Reporting plan have been taken into account during the validation and permitting procedure by Operating Companies and which elements were not part of that validation and permitting process. On the basis of this assessment, Contractor will then perform the following: i.,,Scoping and Positioning ii.,,Strategic Analysis iii.,,Risk Analysis iv.,,Verification Plan v.,,Mid-term Management report. vi.,,Process Analysis (on-SITE verification) vii.,,Final Verification Report. 4) The major results of the verification are to be included in the detailed finding reports for all Operating Companies 5) Contract duration for the Services shall be four (4) years from the Effective Date.
