MAINTENANCE OF GONDOLA WINDOW CLEANING MACHINES AT MESAIEED INDUSTRIAL CITY-QatarEnergy intends to obtain the following Services, as detailed in the Tender Scope of Services: a) Defined Services: Contractor shall carry out preventive maintenance (including lubrication) and attend to calls for breakdown/corrective maintenance of four (4) numbers of Gondola window cleaning machines, installed at Central Office Building (COB) in Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC). b) Call-off Services: Contractor shall carry out repair, as and when required and/or approved by QatarEnergy, including elimination of faults and repair of defects and/or damages attributable to normal wear and tear resulting from external factors, using the spare parts included in the Contract on call-off basis. Contractor shall also carry out biannual and annual visual inspections, safe working load tests and/or proof load tests to be certified by Third-Party Certification Authority.

UPGRADE OF ANTISURGE CONTROLLER AT QatarEnergy REFINERY, MESAIEED-Design, manufacture / fabrication, assembly, transportation, installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, handover and documentation of the complete Anti-surge controller. Supply Components to retransmit transmitter signals & common fault signals to Allen Bradley (AB) Central control PLC, Addition of RIO in AB PLC to accept the new signals, Configuration of AB central PLC HMI, Configure signals in existing serial interface to DCS, graphics in DCS, Cables, Wiring accessories as given below in the detailed Scope of Work.3.1.2.,, CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the demolition/removal of the existing two (2) nos. of Anti-surge controller along with their wiring.

UPGRADE OF EMERGENCY DIESEL GENERATORS IN TANK FARM & TERMINAL SUB-STATIONS, SWITCHBOARD REPLACEMENT & PROVIDING NEW DIESEL GENERATOR AT ARAB-D SUBSTATION, MESAIEED OPERATIONS-1. Upgrade the existing 415V EDG (403-30-EM-GEN) 200KVA rated emergency diesel generator in MBP terminal substation with 300KVA DG. . 2. Upgrade the existing 415V EDG (402-30-EM-GEN) 200KVA rated emergency diesel generator in Tank Farm 11KV Substation with 500KVA DG. . 3. FLOW METERING SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES IN GDS STATIONS MESAIEED, DOHA & RAS LAFFAN-FLOW METERING SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT ON CALLOFF BASIS IN MESAIEED, DOHA AND RAS LAFFAN Contractor provides technical support services including but not limited to carrying out preventive maintenance tasks and breakdown tasks of various metering equipments throughout the GDS Network and engineering support services. This includes specialized services from various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to render specialized services. Duration of Contract is five(5) calendar years.
