CALL-OFF CONTRACT FOR SCAFFOLDING SERVICES AT REFINERY, MESAIEED-The scope of the Tender is for the provision of scaffolding Services on Call-Off basis for a duration of five (5) years. The scope includes the provisions of the following types of scaffoldings and required services to assemble/ erect the scaffolds for use and dissemble upon completion: a),,Free-standing scaffolds (static and mobile) b),,Independent tied scaffolds c),,Putlog scaffolds d),,Suspended scaffolds e),,Internal scaffolds for vessels f) ,,Aluminum ladders and rope ladders To carry out the scope, Contractor shall provide and/ or supply of materials, scaffolding equipment/ work decks/ access stairs/ toe plates/ structural supports/ braces/ struts/ base plates/ other supports/ handrails/ equipment/ joints parts and other parts, including those related to safety, tools, consumables, return transportations, onloading and offloading of scaffolds, erecting and dismantling of scaffolds, all other required equipment (specific or generic), facilities necessary to undertake the scope safely. Contractor shall provide all necessary labors, supervision and all required utilities and resources to carry out the scope at the locations. Contractor shall be responsible to supply sufficient number of personnel in order to meet the requirements of the RO simultaneously.

Execution Of Various Modification Works At Ngl Plants In Mesaieed Operations

SERVICES FOR POWER FACTOR ANALYSIS AND OIL FILTRATION FOR MESAIEED OPERATIONS-Call off Services for Power Factor Analysis, Oil Filtration for Five (5) years at Mesaieed Operations. CONTRACTOR shall carryout Power Factor Analysis (PFA) and other performance/analytical tests including transformer oil testing/filtration/top-up for the oil-immersed distribution transformers at QatarEnergy facilities Mesaieed Operations. Distribution Transformers are located within substations in NGL 1, 2, 3, and 4 plants as well as NGL storage and loading facilities, Terminal area, Multi-Product Berth, Crude Oil Tank Farm and Arab-D. Oil filtration with/without oil passivation & power factor analysis for the distribution transformers to be done as per Scope of Services. Transformer oil is mineral / Silicone type.

OVERALL QUANTITATIVE RISK ASSESSMENT FOR MESAIEED INDUSTRIAL CITY-CONTRACTOR shall perform an overall QRA (Asset Operators individual risk as well as MIC cumulative risk), which includes identifying all potential major accident hazards of the facilities in MIC and perform various analysis and assessment such as Consequence Analysis, Frequency Analysis, Risk Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis, etc, to ensure that the associated risks are reduced to a demonstrable ALARP level

TETHERED INTELLIGENT PIGGING AND INTEGRITY ASSESSMENT OF SBM LOADING PIPELINES FOR MESAIEED OPERATIONS-Scope of Services include provision of all resources to carryout In-Line Inspection (ILI) with tethered intelligent pigging and integrity assessment by conducting Fitness For Purpose (FFP) for the following non piggable subsea pipelines of QatarEnergy: i)Mesaieed Operations: a)30" Condensate / Naphtha line Mesaieed Export Terminal - SPM at Shoreline. b)36" Crude Oil Loading Pipeline Mesaieed Export Terminal to SBM-2. ii)Offshore Operations: a) 30" HSBM01 Crude Oil Offloading Line b) 48" HSBM02 Crude Oil Offloading Line

PROVISION OF DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS AT VARIOUS STATIONS IN DUKHAN FIELDS-Provision of designated smoking areas at Oil Operations plants (9 Locations) at KMDS, KNDS, FNGLS, FSP, JALEHA, FMDS, FAHAHIL Workshop, PWI-01 and PWI-09 Workshop and Gas Operations plants (4 Locations) at Arab-D, Khuff E&G Control Room, Khuff H&L Control Room and NFIS Plant

CALL-OFF CONTRACT FOR INSULATION MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR MESAIEED OPERATIONS-The Services shall include but not be limited to the removal and replacement of Thermal Insulation and Cladding on a call-off basis, in the Mesaieed Operational areas. Contractor shall supply all labour, services, supervision, testing, equipment, tools and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of the insulation maintenance Services for five (5) years.

PIPELINE IN-LINE INSPECTION AND INTEGRITY SERVICES FOR VARIOUS QATARENERGY LOCATIONS-QatarEnergy intends to acquire the services of Contractor (on a call-off basis) for the duration of five (5) calendar years to carry out Pipeline In-Line Inspection (ILI) and Integrity Services for the following operational areas: 1.Offshore Operations 2.Dukhan Operations 3.Mesaieed Operations 4.Refinery and 5.Idd El-Shargi Operations QatarEnergy at its sole discretion may award the Services of the five QatarEnergy locations under five separate Contracts to one or more Contractors.

ECOLOGICAL SURVEY AROUND HALUL ISLAND AND AL-RAYYAN FIELD-The purpose of carrying out the ecological survey is to assess the current environmental conditions of sea water, sediment and biota in the vicinity of and around the AL-Rayyan field and Halul Island. Results of the surveys conducted will help QP to establish the marine environmental conditions and provide inputs to the regulatory body, i.e. the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME). The results of the surveys will depict the impacts of the production activities on the surrounding environment. The analysis and reports of the survey will also serve as a new baseline against which future survey results could be compared to. When further field developments are undertaken, these results will be taken into account for Environmental Impact Assessment studies.

CHARTER OF OIL SPILL COMMAND VESSEL-Contractor shall provide Oil Spill Command Vessel together with an operational crew to support QatarEnergy anti-pollution operations and to act as a command Vessel during offshore emergencies. Contract Duration shall be sixty two (62) calendar months
