Contract for team mangers for the project Sentral forskrivningsmodul [Central prescribing module]

Dialog is a self-developed IT system and a tool for the administration of data collection and storage of reply data for health examinations. Technical observations have lead to the conclusion that Dialog has come to its 'End of Life'. The uniformity around the Dialog system and the surrounding work processes mean that NIPH must completely change processes and IT support around health examinations. The concept phase has started, and NIPH needs a project manager in a 100% position who can manage and complete the concept phase.

Norsk helsenett would like to procure an author tool to support eLearning in the entity.

Contract for functional architect

Norsk Helsenett is looking for a system manager for the central prescription module project. The consultant will be centra in the formulation and quality assurance of new functionality in the system, and will contribute to error analysis and technical follow-up when testing and implementing new functionality. This resource will also be needed to contribute as an advisor in other projects and products in the medicine field, e.g., the Patient Medicine List (PLL).

NHN needs assistance with the following: The concept for management training for all managers is to be developed in autumn 2022, and implemented continually as required after this. Team development for the top management group is to start in autumn 2022/beginning of 2023 with a duration of 1-2 years. 

NHN will establish a new team, team PTS (personal protection and access control), which will have the task of implementing a 'personal protection component' in their system design, which will give health personnel the option to restrict insight into patient journals. NHN needs assistance from up to 2 developers who are interested and have competence in this.

Norsk helsenett (NHN) is in an exciting time with continued commitment to the development and management of the e-prescription system. Reseptformidleren is the name of the e-prescription system, and the running of this database will now be transferred from Teitoevry to NHN's operational platform. Up to 2 security advisors or security architects are now wanted who can contribute to project to move Reseptformidleren.
