Notice of contract signing: 22/01956 - Consultancy services (healthcare resource) for the development of Norwegian healthcare terminology (SNOMED CT) - Directorate for e-health.

The Ministry of Health and Care Services (Norwegian: HOD) has commissioned NHN to further develop the Health Network and gradually introduce a trunk network in the health regions. Based on the framework of the assignments, the project's overall goal is to connect 68 selected locations in Helse Sør-Øst (HSØ) [the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority] to the already established trunk network core. The most important delivery in the project is the physical connection of selected locations in HSØ to the national trunk network. Sykehuspartner will modernise its ICT infrastructure simultaneously with this being delivered. The NHN project supports Sykehuspartner in the modernization process, but the project only commits to delivering the physical infrastructure. Norsk helsenett needs a project manager who shall coordinate our deliveries in collaboration with Sykehuspartner and Global Connect (GC), and at the same time manage and coordinate support to Sykehuspartner in its processes.

Norsk Helsenett has a need for competence and capacity in the management and further development of Welfare Technology Hub (Norwegian: VKP) and would therefore like to engage up to 3 developers.

Front-end developer in a tech lead position

The Content and Digital Channels Section needs assistance with planning and maintaining adapted Enonic systems with the accompanying integrations and additions that are required to maintain operations. In order to cover the assistance for the operation and maintenance of the platform, the contracting authority would like to have a contract with one tenderer of a regular team consisting of 4 resources. - Two back-end resources in a 100% position each - One front-end resource in a 50% position - One delivery manager in a 60% position. See the SSA-B Annex for further details on the assistance.

Norsk Helsennett [the Norwegian Health Network] is in the process of establishing a project for the introduction of a centralised function for handling the life cycle of encryption keys, certificates (both internally generated and purchased) and other information that, for security reasons, needs to be stored securely and have controlled access. A service and delivery model must be defined and established with organisation for administration, technical operation, and the selected technical components. Norsk helsennett needs an experienced security architect with good knowledge of crypto security regulations, documented experience with technical design, and a selection of systems for secure management of keys and certificates, both 'on-premise' (traditional infrastructure and private cloud in local data rooms) and on public clouds such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon.
