Helsedirektoratet [the Norwegian Directorate of Health] wants to enter into a contract for the delivery of further education in cognitive behavioural therapy for employees who will work in the Quick Mental Health Care team in municipalities. The education must provide an introduction to the principals of cognitive behavioural therapy and utilisation of these principles in relation to persons with different types of anxiety and depression difficulties, possibly also with sleep and substance abuse problems. The training must also provide competence in the use of tools to measure symptoms of anxiety and depression.

The tenderer will carry out internal audits for the Directorate for eHealth.

The Norwegian Health Directorate would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer that can be responsible for the further development, marketing, implementation, and roll-out of training in environment treatment with integrated use of music and songs for employees in the health and welfare services.
