Helsedirektoratet [the Norwegian Directorate of Health] wants to enter into a contract for the delivery of further education in cognitive behavioural therapy for employees who will work in the Quick Mental Health Care team in municipalities. The education must provide an introduction to the principals of cognitive behavioural therapy and utilisation of these principles in relation to persons with different types of anxiety and depression difficulties, possibly also with sleep and substance abuse problems. The training must also provide competence in the use of tools to measure symptoms of anxiety and depression.
