NHN needs a back-end developer who will be part of the development/further development of services connected to the Helsenorge platform. The consultant that is awarded the assignment will be part of a Scrum team. The work assignments will consist of the development and management of services on the Helsenorge platform.

The Norwegian Directorate of Health needs assistance in performing penetration tests, code reviews, architecture reviews and consultancy for systems that are subject to administration and development. The objective of the assignment is to uncover security weaknesses in the services, which could, for example, enable the service to be compromised or subject to unauthorised transmission of data.

Developers for Team Self-Service in the interaction platform. 

Senior network engineer for the Main Network.

NHN needs 2-4 developers with strong programming experience who can be part of various teams in order to contribute to realising several parts of the interaction platform. 

NHN needs 1-3 developers for Team Messages, who will contribute to realising and modernising several parts of the interaction platform's services. The team develops and manages the message server and other mechanisms connected to message communication. All components are based on .Net Core, which runs in containers in Kubernetes cluster in a private cloud. Due to new efforts connected to the modernisation of EDI, object store for large files, REST services, etc., the team needs more developer capacity. As a starting point, back-end development is needed most, but we also have some web portals that are managed by the team. There can be other assignments that arise whilst providing the assistance. The contracting authority can also use the consultants in other projects if the contracting authority deems it appropriate.

The field of health data and digitalisation is changing, and NIPH needs assistance from a change manager/project manager. NIPH needs a changer manager who, together with the employees can be part of establishing efficient work processes, efficient forms of cooperation, and good IT tools.

NHN is in the process of employing an area product owner for the core journal. As the employment process will be done over a 3 month period, NHN needs to hire a consultant to cover this need for a shorter period. There can be other assignments that arise whilst providing the assistance. The contracting authority can also use the consultant in other projects if the contracting authority deems it appropriate.
