The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's requirement for the procurement and delivery of access points for wireless network, including a 5 year warranty period, maintenance and support. The main products requested in this procurement include extreme wireless access points from Extreme Networks, and it is therefore a condition for participation in this tender contest that the tenderer has these in its assortment.

Ålesund municipality shall procure a system for competence management. Competence management is an important part of the HR process from recruitment and employment, learning and development, mobilisation and to the termination of the employment and any new recruitment. Ålesund municipality currently lacks a system for employee development and systematic learning. The purpose of the procurement is to introduce a comprehensive competence management system that will contribute to quality assurance, digitisation and increase the efficiency in work processes related to competence management, employee development and learning.

The objective of the tender contest is to procure supplementary ground surveys at Kvasnes in Sula Municipality. The ground surveys concern a planned joint sewage treatment plant in rock. The plant will receive sewage from Sula and parts of the old Ålesund Municipality. Studies for detailed projects are now relevant to procure. The purpose is to map the uncompacted material strength and rock quality. The tender contest also includes an option for the purchase of core drilling. NS 8402:2010 shall be the basis for the contractual work. The assignment is settled according to the quantities performed.

The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier. The objective of the Contract is to cover the Contracting Authorities' need for the procurement of books and other media. The customers in this Contract are public libraries. I addition the prison library in Ålesund will be part of this Contract. Ålesund municipality is part of a procurement collaboration where Ålesund municipality is the contracting authority, while participants in the agreement are stated by using Nuts codes. This means that all municipalities listed in this tender notice have the right to make call-offs against the framework agreement. Note: Vestnes has an option to enter into the agreement, and is only involved if the contracting authority notifies the supplier of this.

The contracting authority has held a tender contest in a dynamic purchasing system in accordance with the PPR §§26-4 to 26-7. The purpose of the dynamic purchasing system is to cover the need for maintenance and support on our firewall system from CheckPoint. The contracting authority has completed tender contest no. 3 among the qualified tenderers in the DPS. The entered agreement is for a period of 12 months.

Each sub-tender will be considered as a stand-alone contract so that each individual provision in the contract applies to each individual sub-tender. Discounts cannot be offered that create dependency between the parts. One (1) framework agreement will be signed per part. The offered computer equipment must be at a favourable price, and, at the same time, fulfil the requested quality. The products must be suitable for daily use in the municipality's various entities (schools, nurseries, nursing homes, office buildings, technical departments, etc.).
