The objective of the call for tenders is to enter into a contract for the operation of Løvenvold Theatre/Cinema situated in the central areas of Ålesund. Ålesund municipality seeks a provider who is capable and wants to use the building on own terms. By this we mean that the qualities of the building are highlighted, and that the provider creates an environment and atmosphere given by the architecture and interior of the building.

The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The chosen tenderer must be able to deliver all the requested products in the price form, and must have a satisfactory assortment of other products that are included in this range of products. A framework agreement shall be signed for the procurement of the following product groups: - cleaning agents and equipment - hand-soap/disinfectant - paper/plastic - catering - light sources - batteries - various types of disposable gloves Comments to the contract: We reserve the right to purchase special products that are not in the tenderer's catalogue/range from other suppliers. Dispensers for new buildings or when completely renovating entire buildings can be purchased outside of this agreement. A list of user sites is attached to the tender documentation. The agreement will cover all participating municipalities/companies in their entirety, and more user sites may therefore be added during the agreement period.

The purpose of the procurement is to engage a turnkey contractor that can deliver bladder and incontinence products, which cover the participating municipalities requirements for these products. This involves the chosen tenderer being able to deliver all products requested in the Price Form, as well as having a satisfactory assortment of other products included in the range of products.

The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for consultancy services in municipal engineering areas. The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure sufficient capacity and competence within consultancy at all times. The consultant will contribute to the development of projects within given quality, time, and financial limits. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements in the following disciplines: 1. Consulting engineer for data capture, Water and Sewage 2. Consulting engineer for collection of basic data, Roads 3. Consulting engineer for noise calculation 4. Consulting engineer for bearing capacity measurement 5. Consulting engineer for road safety audit 6. Consulting engineer for land survey 7. Data collection - road imaging and registration of road elements 8. Data collection - drone and laser scanning

Ålesund Municipality has been orderers by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority to establish an alternative water supply. A preliminary project has been carried out, and a decision has been made to establish a treatment plant in Fremmerholen and a raw water pump station at the west end of Brusdalsvatnet. The project also includes a transport system (intake pipelines and transfer pipelines).  Contract E21 is the first contract in the project. The builder will enter into a contract with a contractor for ground and construction work and HVAC and sanitation. The contractor will be the main contractor. Contract E21 is a main contract with options to transfer to technical contracts. The main contractor can be responsible for the progress, coordination, and finances for the transferred joint contracts. 

The Procurement Cooperation in Sunnmøre, with Ålesund Municipality as the contracting authority and host municipality, would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement and assembly of crash barriers along municipal roads for: Fjord Municipality, Giske Municipality, Herøy Municipality, Sande Municipality, Sula Municipality, Vestnes Municipality, Volda Municipality, Ørsta Municipality, the Ålesund Region Port Authority, and Ålesund Municipality.

The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for food/grocery products for use in food production and catering in institutional households. Product types that are included in this contract are given in the price sheet.

The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for the delivery of electricity to participating municipalities and companies in this competition. The assignment also includes services relating to portfolio management and tools for energy monitoring. Roughly 110.000.000 kWh/year, and 1250 measurement points. Explanation of value assessment - net consumption (excluding markup): Scope: The volatile electricity price market means that it is difficult to predict the contract's potential highest total value, as it will largely depend on the future pricing in NO3. The average electricity price in NO3 in 2022 was NOK 0.4264 excluding VAT/kWh, and we have statistics that show that the delivery is approx. 110,000,000 kWh/annum. Due to the uncertainty of electricity prices, which can swing both ways, the contest is therefore announced with an upper net limit of NOK 200,000,000 excluding VAT (excluding markup).

Through this procurement, Group Procurement [Konserninnkjøp], on behalf of the Sunnmøre Procurement Collaboration, would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with one to three tenderers, provided that there is a sufficient number of qualified tenders, to cover the ongoing needs of participating municipalities and organisations for interpreting and translation services of various kinds. The basic language for interpretation is to/from Norwegian.

The aim of the procurement is to meet the need for analysis services for water and sewage, sludge, waste disposal site monitoring, and the environment, in accordance with the regulations. Municipalities that have water supply installations, sewage treatment facilities, waste disposal sites, and sludge treatment facilities are obliged to take samples and carry out analyses: The drinking water regulations, pollution regulations, liquid manure regulations, waste water regulations, and the water regulations.
