The contest was cancelled with immediate effect due to a mistake in the price sheet. This procurement is therefore, for the most part, the same as the previous notice. The aim of the procurement is to meet the need for analysis services for water and sewage, sludge, waste disposal site monitoring, and the environment, in accordance with the regulations. Municipalities that have water supply installations, sewage treatment facilities, waste disposal sites, and sludge treatment facilities are obliged to take samples and carry out analyses: The drinking water regulations, pollution regulations, liquid manure regulations, waste water regulations, and the water regulations.

The purpose of the procurement is to introduce a comprehensive competence management system that will contribute to quality assurance, digitisation and increase the efficiency in work processes related to competence management, employee development and learning.

The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into framework agreements with one or more tenderers. The purpose of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's need for signs and road marking materials in accordance with the requirement specification. The procurement consists of 7 categories, and tenderers can choose to submit tenders for one or more categories. Each part will be evaluated individually. If a tenderer is evaluated as being the best within several categories, the contracting authority can choose to write a combined contract for these categories.

The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's need for workwear, accessories and footwear for employees working in nurseries, 1st. grades and wraparound care services, 2022. It must also be possible for other entities in the contracting authority's organisation to enter into the agreement if required.
