The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits your best Proposal for Provision of Purchase and Support of VMWARE Software. IFAD is looking for an LTA for support, maintenance and licenses of the above software already in place and the possibility of purchasing material, licensing and support of new software from the VMware catalog, including and not limited to VMware VSphere from the selected vendor, for a period of 3 years and the option to have two additional 1-year renewals. IFAD would like to purchase training and consulting credits on demand within the LTA duration. Maintenance and Support plan on site is required 8 hours daily for 5 days a week, with an intervention time window of 4 hours from the initial call. The purpose of this Tender is to request proposals for 24/7 helpdesk 1ST level support by email in three languages: English, French and Spanish. The prospective Contractor will work with IFAD’s internal Staff to provide helpdesk services to the IFAD Client Portal (ICP). It is expected that the helpdesk service be provided from a remote location and not necessarily from IFAD Headquarters.
