CIE manages a substantial network of outdoor advertising sites, potential and realised, across bus and rail networks throughout Ireland. The advertising business includes, but is not limited to, external and internal positions on network bus and rail fleets, fixed and digital advertising sites at bus and rail stations and nationwide roadside billboard sites (the “Sites”). The current license for the CIE out of home advertising business (the “OOH Advertising Business”) expires on 24th January 2023. Pre-Qualification Applications for a new license to operate the OOH Advertising Business, are now invited from interested parties.
