Objectives: Preparation of a report with the collection and analysis of the data requirements and assessment methodologies applied within the regulatory frameworks of the three agencies, aimed mainly to identify divergency issues.

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework contract for the provision of services relating to urban and suburban passenger transport by road in Italy and exceptionally in Europe. The framework contract, as well as the management of the services, will be undertaken by means of purchase orders. Orders will be managed by an automated process, through the so-called shuttle workflow which will be made available to the EFSA by the successful contractor. The specific conditions for performing the individual assignment will be defined on the purchase order.

The main purpose of this procurement procedure is to select a contractor with extensive and proven experience in the professional conference organisation (PCO) market who can provide turnkey event management services to bring EFSA’s meetings and events to life based on a given event concept. The contractor will be requested to collect requests/needs from EFSA, analyse, define, organize and coordinate them and take care of the service itself as well as of the single events.

The aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude on two direct contracts for the execution of specific tasks over a clearly defined period, as defined in these tender specifications, for: (a) advancing the environmental risk assessment of chemicals for insect pollinators; and (b) applying OMICS and bioinformatics approaches: towards next generation risk assessment.
