Mobile Ice Cream and Drink Concession at Gundimore Promenade-BCP Council ('the Council') is seeking an experienced trader to operate a seasonal mobile ice-cream concession on Gundimore promenade, to enhance the existing food offers at Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach. r The contract is for three years, starting in Spring 2023 to 31st March 2026. r The successful Operator to provide a quality, self-contained mobile unit serving Ice cream (whipped and/or soft scoop); ice lollipops; hot and cold drinks; confectionary (sweets, crisps, chocolate).
