The ceiling fans shall be supplied by railways at site engineer's office/store.

This shall also cover for making a hole of suitable diameter in the existing brick masonry/RCC wall for laying of cables, pipes etc. from indoor to outdoor unit in a neat and aesthetic manner. The hole shall be sealed with plaster of Paris to prevent entry of insects, rain water, lizards etc. Manufacturer's recommendations/ instructions shall be strictly followed.

Providing Distribution Board with incomer MCB DP, 16/32 Amp - 1 No, RCBO, 25 Amp - 1 No and outgoing MCB SP, 6/10/16 Amp - 4 Nos - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of pre-fabricated MCB double-door distribution board, made from CRCA sheet steel, powder coated with grey finish, 16 dust and vermin proof, water resistant with metallic door complete with MCBs of 10 KA breaking capacity. The DB shall be surface/flush mounted as per site requirement. The DB shall be equipped with incomer MCB DP 16/32 Amp - 1 No, RCBO, two-pole, 30 mA sensitivity, 25 Amp - 1 No and outgoing MCB SP, 6/10/16 Amp - 4 Nos. The MCBs/RCBOs shall be of ABB/L&T (Hagar)/HPL/GE/MDS/ Siemens/BCH/C&S/Schneider/CGL make. The board shall be completely wired with multi-stranded copper wire of suitable capacity and shall be provided with heavy duty connectors of suitable capacity for termination of incoming and outgoing wires.

The SFU shall be supplied in sheet steel modular enclosure or pre-fabricated double-door enclosure of same make as the MCCB as far as possible. The enclosure should be suitable for outdoor installation conforming to IP: 65 protection.

Digging of cable trench 450 mm and 900 mm deep in all types of soil including hard, rocky etc - 21 The price shall cover for digging of 450 mm wide and 900 mm deep trench in all types of soil including soft, rocky as per cable route plan and filling back the trench after laying of cables. This also includes clearing of roots of trees and bushes and other temporary obstructions on the selected route.

Supply and laying of RCC half round pipe, 150 mm diameter - The price shall cover for supply of half round RCC pipes of 100 mm inner diameter and 1.0 meter in length as per given description in Annexure 'E' 22 of tender document. The internal surface shall have a smooth finish without any bulge or projections to avoid damage to the cable. The price shall also cover for laying of half round RCC pipes above the cables for mechanical protection on laid cables in the existing trench. After laying of RCC half round pipe, the trench shall be filled up with soil available thereby.

Providing G.I. perforated cable tray of size 150 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm on MS frame with cover - The price shall cover for fabrication, supply and fixing of M.S. perforated cable tray, hot dip galvanized as per latest ISS/BSS of size 150 x 100 x 100 mm and 2.0 mm approximate thickness with appropriate cover of thickness 23 1.6 mm. The cable tray shall be fixed horizontally or vertically at site and the existing LT cables shall be laid/shifted in the cable tray by disconnecting from the panel/switch end and reconnecting as per site requirement duly tied with suitable clamps with GI nuts, bolts and washers in a safe and secure manner. The fixing clamps shall be fabricated from 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS angle or 50 x 6 mm MS flat duly painted and fixed at approximate distance of 1.5 to 2.0 meter apart with 2" long dowel/fisher rack bolts. The tray shall be fabricated in lengths of 2.0 meter and couplers shall be provided at joints. The cable tray cover shall be fixed with GI screws.

Laying of cable in trench/on wall/ in cable tray - The price shall cover for laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG armoured cable in existing trench/pipe/on wall/in cable tray as per site requirement and 24 its connection at both ends. The cable shall be tested with 500 Volt Megger before laying it in the trench. The cable cores shall be tested for continuity, absence of cross phasing, Insulation Resistance between conductors to earth/armour and between conductors. The results should be recorded in presence of railways' representative. A composite cable layout plan on ferro-print or computerized print duly laminated in A-4 size should be submitted by the contractor to this office as well as site in-charge after laying of cable.

Providing 'B' class G.I. pipe 75 mm diameter - The price shall cover for supply and fixing of G.I. 25 pipe, 'B' class, medium grade, ISI marked, 75 mm diameter as per IS: 1239/1990 or latest for protection of cables at wall/cover shed/FOB and poles and its fixing by clamps made from 40 x 5 mm M.S. flat duly painted along with required GI nuts-bolts and washers fixed at a distance of 1.5 meter. The GI pipe shall be of Tata/Zenith/Jindal/ Surya/Swastik make.

Providing 1.0 HP, 230 Volt pump with single phase starter - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of energy efficient, single phase, self priming, 1.0 HP mono block pump operating on 26 230 Volt, 50 Hz, AC supply. The pump shall have a suction and discharge of 38 mm diameter approximately and shall deliver 60 LPM at 18 meters head. The pump shall be mounted on a trolley fabricated from M.S. angle of suitable size and shall be supplied with 50 meters of three-core 1.5 mm2 PVC insulated flat copper cable conforming to IS: 694 - 1990 (latest) and 50 meters of HDPE pipe of suitable diameter of make Reliance/Dutron/Falcon conforming to IS: 4984 - 1995 for discharge.

Providing G. I. pipe earthing - The price shall cover for digging of suitable size earth pit and supply of material and erecting pipe earthing and its refilling as per Railways' drawing no. EL/111/1/116. The earthing shall generally be governed by IS-3043/1987 or latest. G.I. pipe for the earthing electrode shall be 50 mm nominal bore diameter of 'B' class (medium grade) as per IS 1239/1990 or latest of make Tata/Zenith/Jindal/Surya/Swastik with ISI marked and 3.0 m in length. Proper connecting arrangement with G.I. clamp, G.I. nuts and bolts of 12 mm size shall be provided at the top end of the earthing electrode. 6 SWG G.I. wire with PVC sleeve shall be connected between each point to be earthed and individual earthing station. The scope of work also covers 27 making a groove of suitable depth and width by cutting the existing concrete/tar road/platform surface and it's refilling/plastering as per site requirement after laying of G.I. earth wire. The G.I. earthing wire ends shall be clamped between two G.I washers of sufficient size and properly tightened with G.I. nuts and bolts of 10 mm dia. The earthing electrode pipe shall not project more than 250 mm above ground level. The end sealing G.I cap/funnel shall be provided at the top of the pipe earthing electrode. The circular earthing chamber and top cover should be pre-casted RCC as per drawing and shall be provided at the earthing electrode. Supply of earth electrode, GI wire/strip, clamps, nut-bolts, J-bolts, washers, wire mesh, sleeve, charcoal and salt as per drawing is within the scope of this item. The earth resistance shall be measured and recorded in the presence of railways' representative. This should not be more than 5 . The earth no., date of measurement and earth resistance value shall be painted on the earthing box or a permanent structure in the vicinity of the earth electrode.

Providing LED batten fitting, 1 x 18/20 Watt complete with four-feet LED tube - The price shall cover for supply of 1 x 18/20 Watt LED batten fitting. The fixture shall be of CRCA channel finished with white polyester powder coating with high UV and corrosion resistance. The fixture shall be equipped with end caps, push fit type lamp holders and mains connector to directly fix 4 feet long LED tube. The LED lamp shall be of 1 18/20 Watt as per Western Railways' specification no. WR/CCG/Specification/P/001 (Rev. 01) - 2018. The tube shall be of polycarbonate material. The entire fixture shall be of reputed quality and make. The price shall also cover for fixing testing and commissioning of the complete fitting at site by means of bracket made from GI flat of 25 x 3 mm with nuts, bolts and washers or on heavy duty, ISI marked PVC square box as per site requirement. Connection shall be given by means of 24/0.2 mm three-core flexible copper wire through connector and heavy duty flexible PVC conduit. Removal of existing fittings along with brackets and handing over the same to the site in-charge is included in the scope of work.

Providing LED street light luminaries 45 Watt complete with all accessories - The price shall cover for supply of 35 - 45 Watt LED Street Light fitting made from pressure die-cast LM6/ADC12/LM24 housing with optimal heat sink for better thermal dissipation and toughened glass or UV stabilized polycarbonate cover with high transmission index for superior light output. The fitting shall be as per Western Railways' specification no. WR/CCG/Specification/P/001 (Rev-01)-2018 of reputed quality and make. The fitting shall be designed for IP: 65 class protection for pole/bracket mounting. The fitting shall be provided with special moisture proof vent. The 2 fitting shall be of reputed quality and make. The price shall also cover for fixing, testing and commissioning of the above street light fitting on pole/truss/roof/wall by fabrication and supply of 'B' class G.I. pipe of required length, diameter and shape and fixed with M.S. clamps made from M.S. flat of 40 x 5 mm size duly painted with nut, bolts and washers of 12 mm diameter. The connection shall be carried out through ISI marked, PVC insulated, flexible three-core copper wire of size 24/0.20 mm from the existing overhead line/catenary/junction box as per site conditions. The connection cord shall be protected by suitable size of heavy duty flexible PVC conduit.
