Litigation: - The bidder should not be involved in any litigation which threatens solvency of company. 7. Technical Certification: - The Bidder should have at least 05 full-time OEM certified passive engineers on its payroll, out of which 02 engineers should be OEM certified for design and installation of Datacentre Passive Cabling Solutions as on last date of bid submission. 8. OEM's product(s) implementation: - OEM's product(s) from the following list proposed by bidder(s) (either individually or collectively) should have been implemented in at least 01 data center of State Government / Central Government/ PSUs/BFSI/Private Ltd. having minimum 100 racks in India in last 07 years as on last date of bid submission: (i) Racks, (ii) IPDU, (iii) Asset tagging (iv) Rack Access Control (v) Passive Cabling 9. OEM's operational years: - OEM must be operational in India for more than 5 years as on last date of bid submission. 10. OEM's authorization: - The Bidder must be an OEM's authorized business partners as evidenced by copies of relevant certificates.
