Supply of Precision Package Air conditioning system : Floor Mounted, Top discharge, Air Cooled DX type Precision Air conditioners having – The unit shall comprise of step less fixed type scroll compressor; Double skin side panels, with Class O /Foam type insulation, complete with dynamically balanced composite material fan driven by Electronically Commutated (EC) motor, hydrophilic coated slant/flat cooling coil. The unit shall be equipped with high efficiency Metal/Aluminum Frame, washable filter capable of filtering air 95% down to 5 micron efficiency, microprocessor based programmable logic controller, Liquid receiver, Liquid line solenoid (LLSV), Electronic Expansion Valve, Driers, suction and discharge piping, Internal power & control wiring, Water leak detector sensor, SS 304 18 gauge thickness drain tray with nitrile rubber insulation, Stainless steel strip Heater, Infrared/Electrode steam humidifier, Power and Control contactors and Other Electrical accessories. Provision to communicate with the CMS monitoring system through SNMP Card communications. The Outdoor Condenser unit shall comprise of Condenser fans & motor, its Outdoor unit motor protection should be with IP-54 protection, weather proof, Condenser cooling coil (Copper coil with aluminum fins) factory Epoxy coated, Fan speed controller, Isolator switch. The unit shall be suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 Wire AC supply. Each unit should be having individual display panel, which shall display date, time, actual & set values, operating conditions, signal faults, collective faults, limiting values and PAC wellness alarm/ service alarm to reduce the down time. The units shall be provided with filters to be used during initial startup. 8.5TR or higher with Net cooling capacity Air Cooled DX type Precision Air conditioners, Floor Mounted, Top discharge minimum @ 6000CFM at minimum 20 Pa ESP, Return air temperature of 26 +/-1 Deg C DB & 50+/-5 % RH (Non Condensing), and Outdoor Ambient Condition @ 48 Deg C with R-410A Refrigerant Gas including SNMP card

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 8.5TR Precision Air-conditioning System, complete with connections to electrical supply cabling, refrigerant piping, gas charging and sequencing of units etc. Work shall inclusive of Unloading, Lifting, Shifting, Positioning of PAC to their Designated Floor MS fabricated Indoor stand and outdoor along with Anti Vibration pads on existing MS platform in parking area as per existing site condition along with first lot of complete Supply & Charging of Refrigerant R-410A including minor civil work. Extended piping kit and additional oil, if required, shall also be supplied and installed within the quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid in this regard.
