Providing services of Computer work having proficient in various software and experience for preparing various type of letters, Preliminary and detailed estimate, Notice Inviting e-tenders, e-Quotations, Analysis of rates, comparative statement & justification statement, extra / substitute / deviation statement, supply and work order, progress report pertaining to client department and higher offices, entering and downloading of web based project monitoring system, PIMS, PGMS etc., e-tendering and mailing & downloading of e-mails, scanning of various documents, up gradation of data, tabulation work, preparation of salary bill of work charged staff and other related miscellaneous works as per instruction / directions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and condition attached from 09:30 A.M. to 05:30 P.M. in single shift duty on all working days of the month (excluding Sunday and Holiday) or as and when required.

Providing services of Software familiar cum data handler and software operating with all type data entry services (minimum 8 hours duty as and when required as per direction of officer in charge), like having good knowledge of official work on Windows11 based programme including knowledge of using all the software related to ERP Module with leave management, GeM Management, CMB, all related Service, PFMS, WBPMS, Work Abstract, Net Banking, online RTI reply/ Public grievances cases, RTGS, NEFT, PIMS based salary bills including joining order/ reliving order, Add data & update employees, Online software of Bhavishya for pension cases and detailed knowledge of working on MS-Office environment MSWord/ Excel / Power-point /HTML, preparation of estimates, preparation of monthly report, quarterly reports, annual reports, action plan, progress report expenditure card, SFC report, quality control reports, S.P.S. reports compilation of other reports, Parliament Questions, Work Orders, Supply Orders, Auction Notices, Press Notices, History Sheets, Budget, etendering (loading & opening of tenders), Data updation in WBPMS, Account preparation & uploading on website, NEFT, RTGS payment, New Pension Scheme Schedule, NITs, Analysis of Rates and perfect knowledge of Hindi & English typing in good speed and all other required computer services works as per direction by Engineer-in-charge.(If contractor fails to provide services of highly skilled computer operator on any working day whenever required absent will be marked on that day and recovery shall be made @ 2500/- each per day in addition to non-payment of that day.

Providing Service of office assistant / Work Assistant in the O/o EE(E), South M-453, EMD, PWD, New delhi including cleaning and dusting in the office of AE(E) P for keeping records in DB Branch on during normal duty hours on all working days except Sunday and National holidays & as per instruction / directions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and condition attached etc as required.
