Cold Milling of Asphaltic Surface/pavement (removal of BC/DBM or any asphaltic material from road surface/concrete surface) in thickness of 25 to 100 mm so as to maintian surface below in shape, slope and undamaged workable to lay fresh layer of asphaltic material in line, level, size, depth as directed by Engineer-in-charge including transportation and disposal of removed material from site for all lift and leads cleaning of surface and making good for asphalting work including local repair of damages/ distress occured after milling etc. complete as per method and machinery prescribed in IRC.

Providing and laying stone matrix asphalt (SMA) using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and lime filler and cellulose fiber transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per MORTH specification (5th revision) clause No. 515, complete in all respects and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 40/50mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-40 @ 6.00% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime fiber @6% to 10% (percentage by weight of aggregate) and cellulose fiber pellers @ 0.30% of total mix, prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. (Cost of using Extra / less bitumen over 6.00% shall be paid / recovered separately as per approved job mix design subject to minimum 5.80% and maximum 6.20%)
