SH-III, DG Set: Running maintenance & Operation of 4X1000 KVA DG Sets i/c the AMF panals by deploying experienced staff round the clock i/c attending minor complaints of DG sets as under I) DG set operator-3 Nos. (One in each shift) II) Helper 1 Nos. (in general shift) Staff Required: a) D.G.Set Operator – 3 Nos (1 in each shift) b) Helper/ Khllasi- 1 No (in General Shift)

SH-IV: Sub-Station: Running Operation & routine maintenance of 11/0.433 KV Sub Station by deploying experienced staff as under round the clock i/c attending minor complaints of sub station etc as required. Staff Required: a) Operator – 3 Nos (1 in each shift) b) Helper/ Khllasi- 3 Nos (1 No. in each shift)

SH-V, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System: SH-A, Fire Fighting & Wet Riser System: Round the clock operation & routine maintenance of all equipment comprising of following system with location: (A) Wet riser system comprising of diesel pump, main pump, pressurization pump (Jockey pump), hydrants, yard hydrants, downcommer, control panels, rising main & other accessories in following buildings in 3 shift on 24 hours basis on all days i/c Sundays & Holidays. a. Block 1-Ground floor b. Block 2-Ground floor Block 3-Basement,ground floor to 2nd floor Block 4-Basement,ground floor to 7th floor g. Block 5-Basement,ground floor to 7th floor h. Block 6-Basement,ground floor to 7th floor i. Block 7-Ground floor to 4th floor Details of external & internal hydrant i. Internal Hydrant-88 ii. External Hydrant- 21 Staff Required: a) Operator cum Mechanic – 3 Nos (in round the clock) b) Khallasi- 3 Nos (in round the clock)

SH:B: Fire Alarm & PA System: Annual Operation & routine maintenance of automatic fire alarm & PA System equipment and machinery complete with all accessories as per details of installation attached round the clock as per CPWD specification during the month i/c Sundays and holidays as per terms and condition attached by providing minimum staff: Staff Required: a) Operator cum Mechanic – 3 Nos (in round the clock) b) Khllasi- 3 Nos (in round the clock)

SH-VI: RO Plant: Running Operation & routine maintenance of 100000 LPD capacity RO Plant by deploying experienced staff as under round the clock i/c attending minor complaints of RO at RGSS Hospital etc as required. Staff Required: a) Operator – 3 Nos (1 in each shift) b) Helper/ Khllasi- 1 Nos (in general shift) c) Electrician - 1 No. (2 Day in week) - 1 Job

Testing of treated NABL accredited water from reputed lab approved by Delhi/Central Govt i/c collecting same in presence of AE(E)/JE(E) Client Deptt and submitting the report to concern authority.
