Providing Oracle License Purchase with validity of one year for complaint tracker at Hospital, along with Oracle Named user License Installation and Configuration for complaint tracker at Hospital etc complete as reqd. 1 No. per year for one year.

Providing Internet MTNL /Airtel/ Jio/ Vodafone/ any other complete as required.

Provide Data Entry Operation as skilled labour with good computer knowledge and relevant experience at Hospital, Delhi in one shift (8 Hours) on all days, excluding all government declared holidays & Sunday. [1 No. at Central Enquiry timing 9 AM to 5 PM]

SITC of Integration of Toll Free with Complaint Tracker System with new code development with following features:-- Integration of Toll Free number : xxxxxxxxxx with CTS.- Complaints registered over Toll-Free, automatically registered with Complaint Tracker System and will generate new Complaint.-Recording of Complaintee voice and number get registered with Complaint tracker system.-During Night/ Weekends (Sundays), emergency complaint forward to staff on emergency duty and voice of Comlpaintee and emergency staff get registered within complaint tracker system.
