Supplying and drawing following size of PVC insulated PVC sheated copper conductor multicore cable in the existing poles and bracket from cable termination connector to the fitting i/c providing suitable copper lugs connections etc as required. a) 3 core 1.5 sq.mm

Supplying and Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) 4 X 16 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift upto 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. a) 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 meter.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

Fabrication, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of compartmentalized IP-65 outdoor type dust, vermin duly phosphated, powder coated & water proof, outdoor type cubical feeder pillar duly provided with 200 Amp, 4 strip electrolytic grade duly sleeved aluminium busbars with sloping roof of size not less than 1.2 mtr (W) x 1.0 mtr (L) x 0.45 mm (D), made out of 3 mm thick CRC sheet fixed on MS angle iron frame work of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (NS) with 90 cm long legs duly provided with double door double locking arrangement (2 nos. sliding bolts and 1 no. godown lock) grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm) i/c supplying and fixing following accessories and mountings inside the cubical panel i/c connection, inter-connection with aluminum thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint complete etc. as reqd. Painting of PWD logo on street light pole by cleaning the pole with Diesel and old Dhoti to make the surface good for painting of size 24 cm x 24 cm on octagonal pole at different roads fixed at a distance of 30 m on centre verge/side footpath. Painting the pole with automotive paint of yellow colour size 24 cm x 24 cm. Making the border numbering the pole in block colour with yellow base i/c numbering of poles etc as required at site.

Fabrication, Supplying & fixing of wire mesh protection frame work made out of 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle & "T" iron, strengthened with intermediate members of MS flat iron of size 30 mm x 5 mm thick welded at a distance of 30 cm horizontally & vertically and duly welded with wire mesh of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire on all sides and top i/c providing and fixing of double door gate with double locking arrangement (Two Nos. sliding bolts and One No godown lock) ,wall mountable with suitable size bolt & screws,with suitable size profile sheet for covering on top, painting with one coat of red oxide & two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approval colour and shade etc complete as reqd.

Fabrication, designing, supplying & fixing of Galvanized arm bracket of suitable long single over hang with tightening bolt etc. as per approved by Engineer-In-Charge. (Fancy)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I wire on surface/in pipe / in trench for loop earthing along with the existing surface / recess conduit / submain wiring / cable as reqd.

Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 mtr long x 40mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate, having locking arrangement with salt & charcoal etc. as reqd.

Credit for old / damaged street light pole of Height upto 9 m installed at site including dismantling of pole from site with proper safety of man and material, repair of site after removing the pole etc as required at site
