The required prior work experience for the bidder is more than 1 year. The bidder should have completed works with a value of more than 1.5 times the advertised value of the work. The percentage of similar works completed is considered as follows: - 100 marks if more than 8 years of experience, - 80 marks if 5-8 years of experience, - 60 marks if 2-5 years of experience, - 40 marks if 1-2 years of experience. Additionally, the bidder's experience will be evaluated based on the number of projects completed or underway, with the following criteria: - 100 marks if 1 project > 80%, or 2 projects > 50%, or 3 or more projects > 40% value completed or underway, - 50 marks if 1 project > 50% or 2 projects > 40% value completed or underway, - 20 marks if 1 project > 40% value completed. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar single service contract for a minimum of 35% of the advertised value of the bid in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year. The bidder should have completed a service contract with a value of at least 35% of the advertised bid value.
