The required prior work experience for the bidder is 4 to 6 years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least 1 project in India with a similar scope and size to the proposed project. The experience requirements for individual consultants are as follows: 1 to 3 years for the first and third consultants, and 4 to 6 years for the second consultant. Regarding similar works completed, the bidder should have completed at least 1 project in India with a similar scope and size to the proposed project. The required prior work experience for the bidder can also be evaluated based on the following: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. No specific percentage is mentioned for similar works completed. However, the purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of the bid quantity at the time of placement of the contract, and also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity by up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates.
