The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing at least one contract whose value is at least 80% of the current advertised tender value, or two contracts whose value is at least 50% of the current advertised tender value, or three or more contracts whose value is at least 40% of the current advertised tender value. The evaluation criteria for previous work experience are as follows: - 100 Marks if 1 project > 80% value completed or 2 projects > 50% value completed or 3 or more projects > 40% value completed. - 50 Marks if 1 project > 50% value completed or 2 projects > 40% value completed. - 20 Marks if 1 project > 40% value completed. The bidder should provide details of their work experience, including the value of the contract executed by the applicant/member in their own name, along with documentary evidence and a Client's Certificate. The client certificate for experience should show the nature of work done, the value of work, date of start, date of completion, and satisfactory completion of work. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 80% of the current advertised tender value - 50% of the current advertised tender value - 40% of the current advertised tender value - The actual value of the contracts completed, which should be at least the specified percentages of the current advertised tender value. Additionally, the bidder needs to have an aggregate financial turnover during the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet, equal to a minimum of 150% of the advertised tender value. The bidder's available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last four financial years, updated to the current price level. The bidder should have completed or received payment in an on-going work, in the current year and three previous financial years for at least: 1) 1 Contract whose value is at least 80% of the current advertised tender value or 2) 2 Contracts whose value is at least 50% of the current advertised tender value or 3) 3 or more Contracts whose value is at least 40% of the current advertised tender value. The percentage participation in contract and amount should be specified for JV members, with the value of the contract as executed by the applicant/member in their own name indicated, excluding the portion done by other members of the group. In case of a composite contract, the value of similar work done will be restricted to housekeeping and mechanised cleaning. The client certificate for experience should show the nature of work done, the value of work, date of start, date of completion as per agreement/status of ongoing work, actual date of completion, and satisfactory completion of work. Experience is considered only for works where 90% payment has been made to the bidder. A penalty deduction is applicable if the bidder has any penalties, with deductions ranging from 5 to 20 marks for penalties between 5-20%, and no marks for penalties above 20%. The year of operation shall be calculated, and the bidder should enclose completion certificate/last payment certificate as proof of document. The bidder needs to submit audited balance sheets and income statements for the last 3 consecutive years, as applicable. The bidder's financial capabilities, including turnover and liquidity, are considered for qualification.
