"Fabrication assembly in-situ G-3/L type glued insulated joints for broad gauge 60Kg/52Kg with all contractor's material, to and from transportation of material, octroi etc. complete as per RDSO.DRG noT-671/T- 2572 and confirming to the specification as per instruction contained in manual for glued insulated rail joints. This item is inclusive of all fittings and accessories such as:-Long fish plates, H.T.S bolts and nut, Punch washers, Insulated bushes, Insulated Channels,6mm thick end post, Glue,Harden, Glass cloth carrier and all materials and fittings for cleaning and assembling excluding rails, any other fitting and accessories required to fabricate ""In situ glued joint in"" all respect as per RDSO/DRG no T-671/T--2572 and specification contained in manual for in situ glued joints.Note:- In- Situ glued joints shall be checked for insulation as per Railway satisfaction.The glued joint should behave satisfactorily minimum upto 6 months from the date of laying. In case of any defects detected in this period, the glued joints shall have to be replaced. Security money shall only be released after certification from site"

"Removal of Muck/ Malba and garbage by Donkey Labour, which includes waste material, animal carcass, cow dung, leaks, building debris, muck, malba and rotten fruits and sweepings etc. The item includes the cutting of cess from between the tracks and on surrounding midway land, including leveling of ground, as desired by site engineer. This may include cutting of the bush and vegetation also without any extra payment whatsoever 2 the case may be. Contractor shall remove all the above material out of Railway boundary in a manner not violating any rules, regulations of State / Central Govt. and its authorized bodies, wherever the bulk of the items specified above, taken together can be measured by taking direct cross section. The payment will be made by taking initial & final levels of cross sections. However, no deduction for the voids will be made on it. Where it is not possible to take the cross section, levels, the contractor shall take stacks at convenient point for measurement for which no extra payment shall be made. The rate includes employment of requisite labour, leading, collecting, picking up, making stacks wherever required and disposal in above"

"Item rate for hiring of pneumatic drill for demolition of Heavy structures such as CC /RCC 3 foundation of FOB, washable apron or any other hard structure complete rate including all ascent, descent crossing of drains, nallah, track and other obstacles including cost of diesel, petrol operator and other incidental charges complete job in all respect, so nothing extra shall be paid whatsoever the case may be."

"I.R. for pulling of PRC sleepers of 52 Kg/60 Kg, New/SS, Ordinary from any loactions in the yard to site of work. The item includes Leading of sleepers through rail dolly up to maximum lead of 2.0 km. Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be."

"Item rate for Loading, leading and unloading of Misc. Railway materials such as rails of all sections & all lengths, PSC Sleepers (except Fanshaped PRC Sleepers), Points and Crossings & fittings or similar 5 material/articles, from various places, using mechanical devices such as road cranes, chain pulleys, winches of hoist etc. & other necessary operations, taking all safety measures incl. All lead, lift, ascent, descents. Nallah or any other obstructions, what so ever including all octroi, sale tax, or any other charges levied by central/state Govt. and incl. Stacking of material as per direction of engineer-in-charge and as per tender conditions as a complete job. a) Lead from starting point & upto 1.0km."

Railway materials such as rails of all sections & all lengths, PSC Sleepers (except Fanshaped PRC Sleepers), Points and Crossings & fittings or similar material/articles, from various places, using mechanical devices such as road cranes, chain pulleys, winches of 6 hoist etc. & other necessary operations, taking all safety measures incl. All lead, lift, ascent, descents. Nallah or any other obstructions, what so ever including all octroi, sale tax, or any other charges levied by central/state Govt. and incl. Stacking of material as per direction of engineer-in-charge and as per tender conditions as a complete job. (b) Addl. Lead to above Item no.4a for subsequent Km or part thereof-1Km to 10Km (Payable 9 Km.)"

All lead, lift, ascent, descents. Nallah or any other obstructions, what so ever including all octroi, sale tax, or any other charges levied by central/state Govt. and incl. Stacking of material as per direction of engineer-in-charge and as per tender conditions as a complete job. c) Addl. Lead for subsequent Km or part thereof 10Kmand upto 50Km (Payable 40 Km.)"

"Complete item rate for Leading & Stacking of New/SH 60kg/52kg/90R/75R/60R Rails from stacking10 point to the site of work and released rails from site to loading point from store dip lorry/rail dolly with/without traffic block under proper protection including crossing of track, bridges Level Crossing turnout etc. with average lead of 2 Kms. Rail dolly/dip lorry will be supplied by railway free of cost for this work"

"Item rate for cleaning jungle, uprooting of rank, vegetation, long grass, scrap bushes, hedges etc. and removal of rubbish outside the Railway boundary. Burning of rubbish is strictly prohibited in Railway land. The 11 work has to be carried out in yard area between the railway tracks & there may be space constraints due to stabling of Railway rakes. At some location there are running tracks along which special care has to be taken. The work shall be completed with contractors T&P & labour etc. The grass can be cut three to four times in a year as required .So nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be."
