Item rate for supply of rail drilling machine from RDSO approved company to drill holes in rails as per direction of site incharge.

Item rate for supply of Abrasive Rail cutter as per RDSO specifications in the store of 3 SSE PWAY concerned. The rates includes for 50 cuts of rails per Abrasive rail cutter with contractor'sabrasive disc. The item includes all leading, loading, unloading, taxes, etc. as a complete job. So nothing extra shall be paid except the accepted rates whatsoever the case may be.

Item rate for supply of Rail Disc for cutting of machine for maintenance of track during day to day work.Rate includes leading. Loading, unloading ,all taxes, charges as a complete job.So nothing extra shall be paid except the accepted rates whatsoever the case may be.

Item rate for manufacturing and supply of rail dollies for leading of p.way material as per RDSO.Rate includes leading. Loading, unloading ,all taxes, charges as a complete job.So nothing extra shall be paid except the accepted rates whatsoever the case may be.

Removal of muck / Malba and garbage by Donkey labour in cutting area , which including waste material , animal carcass, cow dung , leaks , building debris , muck , malba and rotten fruits and sweepings etc. The item includes the cutting of cess from between the tracks and on surrounding midway land , including leveling of ground , as desired by site engineer. This may include cutting of bushes and vegetation also without any extra payment whatsoever the case may be.Contractor shall remove all the above material out of railway boundary in a manner not violating any rules, regulation of state / Central Govt. and its authorized bodies, wherever the bulk of the items 6 specified above , taken together can be measured by taking direct cross section . The payment will be made by taking initial level if cross sections. However , no deduction for the voids will be made on it. Where it is not possible to take the cross section , levels , the contractor shall take stacks at convenient point for measurement for which no extra payment shall be made and deduction for voids will be made . The rate includes employment of requisite labour , leading collecting , picking up , making stacks wherever required and disposal in above mentioned manner . The removal of Muck/ malba includes crossing of railway track , drains etc. without endangering safety of train working . (3 set of Photographs of locations before and after section removing muck/ Malba along with location and quantities to be submitted in the office of SSE)

Complete item rate for supplying of light weight battery operated inspection trolly as approved by ADEN.Rate includes leading. Loading, unloading ,all taxes, charges as a complete job.So nothing extra shall be paid except the accepted rates whatsoever the case may be.

Standardisation of overall length of x overs by shifting of entire turnout after lifting track on specially designed "SPN" type rollers that move on auxillary rails. Work includes but is not limited to cleaning/removing of ballast pre-block from entire crib of turn-out, leading of auxillary rails 9 to site (upto 500 m lead using rail dolly under supervision of railway supervisors only) opening of fastening during block, lifting of turnout on jacks and placing them on auxillary track, shifting of turnout, preparing a ballast bed, lowring turnout on ballast bed, initial packing, drilling holes, fastening including fishplate and any other rail renewal on approach for adjustments as complete job as per direction of site incharge Using contractor own T & P, Jacks, machine etc. Nothing extra shall be paid whatsoever the case may be (For 1 in 12 T/Out)
