Item rate for P&F Granite stone 18mm to 20mm thick of superior quality of approved shades and colour (Lakha Red/Shivakashi Yellow/Shivakashi Gold/Ivory Fantasy/Ivory Brown) of required size as approved by site engineer in flooring,dado,slab,skirting,staircases or any other place wherever required on average 20 mm thick cement motor 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) all edges 02 should be machine cut, jointed with white cement slurry, mixed with colour pigment to match the colour of granite stone including rounding off the sharp edges of granite stone ,polishing of reqd.desire/finish,making holes & spaces for sanitary fittings i.e wash basin and other fittings,including , all lead, lift,all height and floor,loading,unloading,all taxes,charges,all L&M complete job.Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be. (Exposed edges of granite stone shall be moulded and polished as desired by site engineer)

Item rate for polishing wood work with PU (Polyurthene) polish including providing wooden luminuous and sand papering the surface duly filling PU Putty in approved manner and finishing as per satisfaction of site engineer. and of approved make i.e. Asian, Nerolac, Jhonson/Nicholson etc. The rate includes all lead, lifting at any height, loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.
