Removal of muck / Malba and garbage by Donkey labour in cutting area , which including waste material , animal carcass, cow dung , leaks , building debris , muck , malba and rotten fruits and sweepings etc. The item includes the cutting of cess from between the tracks and on surrounding midway land , including leveling of ground , as desired by site engineer. This may include cutting of bushes and vegetation also without any extra payment whatsoever the case may be.Contractor shall remove all the above material out of railway boundary in a manner not violating any rules, regulation of state / Central Govt. and its authorized bodies, wherever the bulk of the items 6 specified above , taken together can be measured by taking direct cross section . The payment will be made by taking initial level if cross sections. However , no deduction for the voids will be made on it. Where it is not possible to take the cross section , levels , the contractor shall take stacks at convenient point for measurement for which no extra payment shall be made and deduction for voids will be made . The rate includes employment of requisite labour , leading collecting , picking up , making stacks wherever required and disposal in above mentioned manner . The removal of Muck/ malba includes crossing of railway track , drains etc. without endangering safety of train working . "Painting of 90R/52Kg/60 Kg rails in situ/on cess with 1st coat of anti-corrosive red oxide paint conforming to IS-9862- 1981 / Zinc chromate primer to IS:2074 of Burger/Nerolac/Asian made and 2nd coat of bituminous solution to IS:158 Bituminous emulsion to IRS-P 301996 of Burger/Nerolac/Asian make. Each coat of paint shall have minimum dry film thickness of 100 microns. The painting will be done after removing the rust and dust and loosening the scales by brushing/scrapping etc. All the application will be done in uniform brushing. The work shall be 9 complete in all respects with all L&M, misc. & incidental works related to the job as per directions of Engineer-in-charge at site to his entire satisfaction. (Painting of rails will be in-situ/on cess after the removal of necessary fittings (including Pandrol clips , liner etc.), ballast etc., wherever required). The fittings & ballast etc. so removed for painting of rails will have to be re-fixed as per directions of site Engineer-incharge after completion of work. The contractor will also have to re-handle the rails/fittings, ballast etc. To cover the requisite area of rails with his own labour, material, T&P etc. All the work will be done as per CE circular no. 258 R1 (P.way). Note :- 100 Litre of Red oxide and 100 Litre of Bituminous paint per km consumption, paint to deposited in PWI store in advance ADEN to ensure."
