Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

Item rate for polishing wood work with PU (Polyurthene) polish including providing 05 wooden luminuous and sand papering the surface duly filling PU Putty in approved manner and finishing as per satisfaction of site engineer. and of approved make i.e. Asian, Nerolac, Jhonson/Nicholson etc. The rate includes all lead, lifting at any height, loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

Providing and fixing dark oak/required colour factory fitted uPVC windows of make Kommerling / fenesta /AIS with brown/required colour/shape/size/profile as per design as approved by Engineer incharge. Window must be three track three panels sliding window with mosquito proof S.S wire mesh as approved (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) with frame thickness 2.2+- 0.4mm, single glazing bead/double glazing beads and Sash as approved by Engineer ( Site) in charge. Profile must be colorfast and conform to standard EN12608. The profile sections should have multi hollow (min 2 to 3 chambers) chamber to include GI/steel reinforcement with 120 GSM zinc coated, fitted in continuous length, in closed chamber. The thickness of GI should be selected to meet the wind load requirement as per IS 875- Part III on sash/mullion. Supplier should be submitting wind load calculation & validation complying with IS-875- III before material supply. Minimum GI/steel reinforcement thickness 1.2mm to 2.5mm. UPVC Windows (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) must be fabricated with fusion welded corners & must conform to the strength requirements 06 based on wind load as per IS 875-Part III.All hardware fitted must be of Non-SS, except handles to be of zinc/Al. alloy casted with powder coating. Glass should be of make: SaintGobain or Modi-Guard or equivalent with 5-6mm clear tempered +10- 12mm air gap + 5-6mm clear tempered glass (DGU glass) as per given specification with weather seal (EPDM/TPE). After fixing frame; the gap between frame, adjacent finish wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant on booth side over backer road of required size & should be of approved quality .of McCoy Soudal/Wacker only. There should be unconditional warranty of minimum 10 years on Profile & one year on hardware from the date of installation. uPVC windows must be installed by window manufacturer/ authorized vendor. Manufacturer must follow standards & tests. The rates are inclusive of removing existing window panels/glazing, repairing the chowkhat of window, fixing new sliding window fitted with mentioned glass unit, hardware etc in clean and neat manner and nothing extra shall be paid whatsoever, hence bidder to quote the rates accordingly. Removed window panels/glass must be properly accounted for and deposited in the store of SSE/W at location identified by SSE/W. Item also includes leading, loading, lifting and fixing at any height and all the taxes etc and nothing extra to be paid whatsoever.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (Ceramic fully vitrified tiles) of size above 1200x1800 mm upto 1200x2400 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in 08 all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6mm thickness, including grouting of joints as approved by site engineer. Top surface shall be fine in texture, dense, homogeneous. The work shall be complete in all respect with all lead, lifting at any height, loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing spring hinges at 0 degree hinges 18 (hydraulic type) of approved make/brand to cupboard shutters with full threaded steel screws including making necessary recess in board and finished etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

I/R Providing and fixing Frosted/opaque film on glass, after cleaning the glass. With 19 suitable cleaning agents, and whipping. After fixing film air bubbles also to be removed, to give a smooth finish. Item rate includes all the taxes and labour charges and nothing extra will be paid what so ever the case may be.
