The bidder should meet the minimum qualifying criteria for prior work experience, which includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The requirements are as follows: i) The bidder should have experience certificate for interior fit-out / renovation works for an area of at least 54,244.8 sq.ft., completed within 90 days from the start of the project. ii) The bidder should have completed one of the following: a. Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 20,79,74,060.80. OR b. Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 25,99,67,576. OR c. One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 41,59,48,121.60. These values represent 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 51,99,35,152.
