The required prior work experience for the bidder can be in the form of: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender; - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender; - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The similar works should be "Interior works comprising Civil, Electrical, Sanitary Installation, Air Conditioning / VRV/HVAC, Internal Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System and Furniture at any Non-Residential building". The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The estimated cost put to tender is Rs. 31,65,25,109.00, so the values for the required prior work experience would be: - 40% of Rs. 31,65,25,109.00, which is Rs. 12,66,10,043.60 for three similar works; - 50% of Rs. 31,65,25,109.00, which is Rs. 15,82,62,554.50 for two similar works; - 80% of Rs. 31,65,25,109.00, which is Rs. 25,32,20,087.20 for one similar work.
