The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having provided Architectural & Consultancy services for successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should meet one of the following criteria: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The past experience in similar nature of work should be supported by certificates issued by the client’s organization, and the value of work will be considered commensurate with the value of fee received as per TDS Certificates compared to agreed consultancy fee with client. Additionally, for companies formed after merger and/or acquisition of other companies, the past experience of the merged/acquired companies will be considered for qualification, provided the company continues to own the requisite assets and resources. For demerged companies, the past work experience will be considered proportionately for qualification, to the extent of its ownership in the requisite assets and resources, but only for a period of five years from the date of incorporation of the demerged entity. The average annual financial turnover for the last 3 years shall be at least 40% of the estimated consultancy fees put to tender, with the value of annual turnover figures brought to the current value by enhancing the actual turnover figures at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
