The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The options for similar works are: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender The similar works should be "Renovation/Interior work including Civil, Electrical, IT/AV, furniture etc" at any residential/non-residential building. Additionally, the value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should submit certificates issued by the client's organization, and in case of private sector experience, completion certificates should be supported with copies of Letter of Awards and TDS certificates. The value of free supplies, such as materials and services, should be separately certified by the employer or a practicing cost/chartered accountant. Work executed as a labour contract shall not be considered. Joint-venture/consortia of firms/companies and foreign bidders are not eligible to quote for the tender, but bidders can use the work experience of their subsidiary company to the extent of its ownership. The bidder should have earned profit in at least one year in the available last three consecutive balance sheets. The bidder's financial capabilities are assessed based on their audited net worth, which should be at least 10% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should also have a minimum turnover, with figures of turnover of 2021-22 enhanced by 7% and figures of turnover of 2020-21 enhanced by 14%. The bidder is also required to submit a self-certified copy of a Bank Solvency Certificate for at least 40% of the estimated cost of the project put to tender, unless the estimated cost is up to Rs. 25 Crore, in which case the certificate is not required.
