Work Experience Requirements
Bidders must have successfully completed similar works within the last seven years. "Similar works" are defined as residential or non-residential building projects of any number of stories, or metro projects including station buildings. Experience options include: three similar works costing at least 400 crore each; two similar works costing at least 500 crore each; or one similar work costing at least 800 crore. Additionally, bidders must have completed at least one building with a minimum of eight stories or 24 meters in height (or a metro station building with a minimum height of 20 meters), and at least one basement in a residential or non-residential building (or a metro project with an underground station) valued at at least 40% of the estimated cost or 400 crore, whichever is less. The value of completed works should be adjusted to current value using a simple annual rate of 7% from the completion date to the tender submission deadline.

Technical Specification
The successful bidder is required to propose one of the following structural system technologies: Monolithic Concrete Construction system using Aluminum Formwork; Precast Large Concrete Panel (PLCP) system; or Industrialized 3-S system using RCC precast. Alterations may be permitted by the Engineer In-Charge. The bidder must include the cost of the chosen technology in their quote.
