Work Experience Requirements
Bidders must have successfully completed similar works within the last seven years. "Similar works" are defined as residential or non-residential building projects of any number of stories, or metro projects with station buildings. Three options exist: three similar works, each costing at least 40% of the estimated tender cost; two similar works, each costing at least 50%; or one similar work costing at least 80%. Additionally, bidders must have completed at least one building with a minimum of nine stories (or 27 meters in height), or a metro station building with a minimum height of 20 meters, and at least one basement in a residential or non-residential building (or a metro project with an underground station building) valued at at least 40% of the estimated tender cost. Stilt/basement levels count as stories/floors/height; machine rooms do not. One floor equals 3 meters of building height.

Technical Specification
Bidders must propose one of three structural system technologies: Monolithic Concrete Construction using Aluminum Formwork; Precast Large Concrete Panel (PLCP) system; or Industrialized 3-S system using RCC precast. The chosen technology's cost must be included in the bid. Changes may be allowed by the Engineer In-Charge.
