The required prior work experience for the bidder should be supported by certificates issued by the client's organisation. The bidder should have completed at least one work of residential/ non-residential building(s) valuing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. In case of basement, the bidder should have completed at least one work of residential/ non-residential building(s) valuing not less than 40% of the estimated cost comprising of at least one basement. For evaluation of work experience, 60% marks will be given for minimum eligibility criteria, and 100% marks will be given for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. In between, it will be on a pro-rata basis. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The value of executed works, for the purpose of this clause, shall also include the value of any materials or services supplied by the client/ employer free of cost/ on discounted price to the contractor. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should have experience in similar works, and their performance will be evaluated based on the quality of works completed. The evaluation of the bidder's performance for time over run and quality will be based on the average score of all eligible completed similar works submitted by the bidder. The marks allocated for work experience are 20, and for "Performance on works (Tim over Run)" are 20. To become eligible for price bid opening, the bidder must secure at least 50% marks in each section and 60% marks in total.
