The bidder is required to have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be "Repair and Renovation work of Non-Residential Building of any no. of storeys". The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender; - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender; - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The value of any materials or services supplied by the client/employer free of cost or at a discounted price to the contractor should be included in the value of executed works. Additionally, the bidder's past work experience will be considered if the company/firm was formed after merger and/or acquisition of other companies/firms, or if the company/firm was formed after demerger. For joint ventures, the bidder's proportionate experience to the extent of its share in the JV/consortium will be considered. For foreign work experience, completion/experience certificates issued by the owner and attested by the Indian Embassy/Consulate/High Commission are required. The Average annual Audited financial turnover for the last 3 years should be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, and the Audited Net Worth of the company/firm should be minimum 10% of the estimated cost put to tender.
