Work Experience Requirements
Bidders must have successfully completed at least one project with a basement in a residential or non-residential building, or a metro project with an underground station, where the project value was at least 40% of the estimated cost of this tender. Similar works are defined as residential, non-residential building works of any number of stories, or metro projects with station buildings. Additionally, bidders must have completed at least one building with a minimum height of 8 stories or 24 meters, or a metro station building with a minimum height of 20 meters. Past experience in similar work should be supported by certificates issued by the client’s organization. For private sector work, completion certificates must be supported by copies of the Letter of Award and corresponding TDS certificates.
