Constructing brick masonry road gully chamber 560 mm internal dia 60 meter deep with common burnt clay FPS non modulars class designation 7.5 bricks of (conforming to IS 4885) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) over a bed of 115 cm dia & 15 cm thick cement concrete of mix 1:5:10 (1cement : 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on the walls and floors including providing the SFRC gully grating cover and frame 560 mm internal dia, 840 mm external dia & 130 mm thick SFRC cover and frame confirming to specification of RCC gully grating cover and frame IS:12592 part-I with upto date amendments including fixing the frame in 15 cm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg 20 mm nominal size) completed as per the direction and instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of precast CC/RCC slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking/placing of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class (light duty) RCC pipe with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand ) including testing of joints etc complete. (a) 300mm dia RCC pipe

Constructing brick masonry manhole (silt chamber ) of size 120x90x120cm depth with common burnt clay FPS non modulars class designation 7.5 brick of (conforming to IS 4885) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) 15cm thick RCC top slab with 500mm dia opening with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) reinforced with a 18.92Kg cold twisted bars 20cm foundation cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plaster 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and providing 75 mm thick bed of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and finished with neat cement Punning inside the manhole complete as per standard design (depth shall be measured from invert level of pipe to top of RCC slab ) difference of 30cm shall be kept between invert level of pipe and the bed Manholes excluding the cost of fixing SFRC manhole cover and frame MD-10 500mm dia internal complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge which shall be paid separately.

Dismantling & taking out old RCC pipes from excavated trenches with the help of chain pulley block/labour including breaking of joints, cleaning of pipes silt & stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 50 meter lead. a) 150 mm to 300 mm dia RCC pipe

Providing and laying cement concrete (b) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 coarse sand manufacture sand upto 25% : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)(Recycled concrete aggregate RCA) upto 25% (Payment of this item will be released only on receiving original receipt of purchase of manufactured sand /recycled concrete aggregate from C&D recycling plant clearly specifying the name of work/agreement number)

Laying 40 mm thick fine dressed sand stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone.(Sand stone shall be provided free of cost at site) a)Sand stone (Red/White)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level: 1:5:10 ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand manufacture sand upto 100% : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (Recycled aggregate upto 100%) (Payment of this item will be released only on receiving original receipt of purchase of manufactured sand /recycled concrete aggregate from C&D recycling plant clearly specifying the name of work/agreement number)

b) Circular 560 mm dia.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and fixing in position precast SFRC gully grating cover with frame confirming to specification of SFRC cover and frame including fixing the frame in 15 cm thick 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 grated stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charges. a) Rectangular in shape 450x500 mm size.

Constructing brick masonry bell mouth chamber type with bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) of inside size 45 x 50 x 65 cm deep channel side wall to be 30 cm deep below channel level over with three number precast cement concrete cubes of size 15 x 15 x15 cm fixed in cement mortar to form opening as bell mouth under the SFRC manhole cover frame of size 50 x 45 cm inside opening with one edge rounded off to match the profile of CC kerb stone including providing and laying lean concrete 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) inside the chamber. The frame to be fixed with cement concrete 65 mm thick on three walls of chamber including plastering inside with 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement punning etc complete in all respect as per the direction and instruction of Engineer-in-charge including necessary excavation in foundation and refilling etc complete.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M- 25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. (Constractor have on stone cutting machine with gernetor or matching the existing joints of the area.) a) Red sand stone

Providing & Laying in footpath and pavement etc. factory made precast concrete slab of size 400X400X50 mm of mix M-30 grade manufactured at an appropriate plant by compacting concrete in jointless steel mould in two stages of vibration & commission table and finished smooth as per shape, size and pattern over a base of 12 mm thick (average) cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement:5 coarse sand) and having joints not exceeding more than 10 mm thick (average) in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement:5 coarse sand) neatly finished etc. complete as per direction and instruction of Engineer-in-charge (nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor by laying, slabs in approved pattern and using precast slabs of required shape at the end of footpath.)
