Providing and Fixing prefeb porta cabin of required size (Outer dimension ) with height of 3.00 from centre and 2.4m from side ends having two windows and one door in each Porta Cabin. The cabin will have the following specifications. Walls and roof: Walls and roof panel shall be made of GI sheet of minimum thickness 0.63mm on both sides of 75mm thick EPS (Expanded ply styrene) thermacol of 16kg./ cum density which is sandwich between two sheets The GI sheet will have protection of a layer of poly raisin with sand finish on outer side and poly raisin layer on inner side of gI sheet. The panels are further fitted at GIU - channel of size 50mmx75mmx50mm size of 16 guage thick GI sheet which are fitted on floor with the help of self threating screws. The walls and roof panel shall be anchored with the help of GI angle sections on both side of the wall which are tighted with the help of self threading screws and purlins will be provided at required intervals of 3.00m (app.) which are made out of rectangular hollow sections 80x40x18 guages. The walls will havetwo aluminium window three track sliding of 1.20x0.90m size with aluminimum grills as per requirement at site and having two shutter fitted with 4mm thick Modi float glass and one shutter fitted with fly mesh. THe walls will have one flush door shutter 30mm thick ISI market boiling water proof having clear opening of 2.00 mx 0.90 m size with pressed steel chowkhat 1.20 mm thick fitted to the panels. THe doors will have one aluminum sliding door botlt 250x16 mm size, tower aluminum handles 125 mm size and tower tower bolts of 200mm size and one aluminum door stopper. The corner of walls will have GI angles of 75x75x16 guage size fitted with the help of nut and bolt. Roof will have GI sheet ridge cap of size 10"x10"x16 guage the roof wil have projection of 45 cm alround the cabin. The edges of the roof will also be covered with GI U shape channel of size 50x75x50mmx16guage. Electrical fitting:- Inside the cabin will have one elctronic electric meter, one Exhaust fan, two three pin socket points of 5 amp and two three pin socket points of 15 amp shall be given with switches and one point of cable shall be provided inside the cabin. The electric wiring will have one pin switch of 32amp outside the cabin. The wiring and switching shall be ISI mark fo reputed make and fitting with PVC battens in each Porta Cabin. Finishing :- Finish shall be done with texture paint on outer side and plastic emulsion paint on inner side. The door shall be painted with enamel paint of approved brand over an anti termite treatment of the cabin. The work shall be executed entirely as per direction of the engineer-in-charge and the cost fo cabin shall include all the works mentioned above and scaffolding, anti termite treatment etc. outer dimensions of the cabin will be paid. The size of the cabin can vary as per the availability of site. Nothing extra shall be paid for any work which is found necessary for the execution of the work but the same is not mentioned above. The rates shall include the transportation, installation and all other taxes as applicable.

Providing & Fixing double arch swing of size 10 ft x 3.5 ft x 8 ft. ( approx) manufactured with 75mm Glavanished pipe in post and further tretment of powder coating. The top pipe for swing shall be maunfactured with 60mm Galvanised pipe in post and further treatment of power coating .The swing comprising of durable rubber flap with triangular hook & PVC Coated chains for the safety of hands. The specification of swing shall confirming to specification followed by manufacturer kidslet or equivalent. The swing shall be fixed in CC 1:2:4 ( 1 cement ::2coarsesand:4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at site, complete as per direction & satisfaction of engineer-in charge ( The cement concrete 1:2:4 shall be paid separatly)

Providing & Fixing Slide of size 17 ft x 2.5 ft x 8.5 ft (approx) manufactured with Roto Moulded LLDPE Slides, which are produced from UV stabilished virgin material. The powder Coating shall be done on Platforms which is made up of Galvnised sheet with precision punched hole of 10mm. The Galvanised pipe of size 20mm, 28mm,32mm are used for Ladder Railing & Platform Railing with further treatment of power coating. The structure post shall be manufactured with 42mm galvanised pipe with further treatment of power coating. The Rectangular platformof Size 650 x 500 x40 mm shall be provided in slide. The Power Coating shall be done on Ladder, which is made up of Galvanised sheet with Triangle steps. All nuts & bolts will be covered with NYLON CAPS . The specifications of swing shall confirming to specifications followed by manufacturer Kidslet or equivalent. The swing shall be fixed in CC 1:2:4 (1Cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) at site , complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (The Cement Concrete 1:2:4 shall be paid separately)

Item no. 4 - Providing and Fixing see-saw (two seater) of size 6.5 ft x 1 ft x 2.5 ft (approx) manufactured with roto Moulded LLDPE SeeSaw Seats, which are produced from UV stabilised virgin material. The Galvanised pipe of 89 mm shall be used for frame with Powder Coating futher handle pipe shall be manufactured with 28mm galvanised pipe. The spring shall be provided /fixed FOR SMOOTH FUNCTIONING. All pipe ends will be covered with NYLON CAPS. The specifications of slide shall confirming to specifications followed by manufacturer Kidsplay / Kalia recreations or equivalent. The slide shall be fixed in CC 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at site, complete as per direction & satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. (The Cement Concrete 1:2:4 shall be paid separately)

Providing & Fixing spiral Slide of height 7.9ft. The same shall be manufactured with Rotomoulded LLDPE slide parts which are produced from UV stabilised virgin material. The powder Coating shall be done on Platforms which is made up of Galvanised Sheet with precision punched hole of 10mm. The Galvanised pipe of size 20mm, 28mm, 32mm are used for Ladder Railing & Platform Railing with further treatment of powder coating. The structure post shall be manufactured with 42mm galvanised pipe with further treatment of powder coating. The Rectangular platform of Sizes 920 x 745 x 85 mm shall be provided in this Slide. The Powder Coating shall be done on Ladder, which is made up of Galvanised sheet with Triangle steps. All nuts & Poles will be covered with NYLON CAPS. The specifications of swing shall confirming to specifications followed by manufacturer Kidslet or equivalent. The swing shall be fixed in CC 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at site, complete as per direction & satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. (The Cement Concrete 1:2:4 shall be paid separately)

Providing and Fixing Rider- Horse spring/Sea horse spring manufactured with roto Moulded LLDPE Horse/sea horse, which are produced from UV stabilised virgin material. The Spring Base plate is of MS sheet with further tretment of powder coating. The rider shall be fixed with MS U Shape bracket sheet & spring. The Rider Shall be fixed with grouting fixing Rod. The specifications of slide shall confirming to specifications followed by manufacturer kidsplay/ kalia recreation or equivalent. The slider shall be fixed in CC 1:2:4 ( 1cement :2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at site, complete as per direction & satisfaction of of engineer-in charge. (The cement concrete 1:2:4 shall be paid separetly)

Providing and placing precast reinforced concrete bench (Chair type) bench with back rest.The bench consists of 2 nos L-shaped base support in grey cement colour of thickness 100mm, back height 1000mm and front height 450 mm, base width 620mm and 5 nos.reinforcrd concrete planks in red colour of size 1500x100x50mm and 1 no. of reinforced concrete plank of size 1500x200x50mm manufactureed by using M-30 grade of reinforced concrete suitably to prevent damage during handling transporatation, erection and long use. All parts are joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts are sealed together after assembling. Seating length of the bench 1500 mm and seating height of the bench 450 mm and total height of the bench is 1000mm . Top and back planks are treated with anti-corrosive water roof coating so as to make the surface glossy and waterproof. The work shall be copompleted as per drawing and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing S S post including frame of grade 304 pipe with braces of S S grade 304 and rectangular section including cutting , organ welding , grading , polishing, buffing complete with necessary holes, nuts and bolts , caps and anchor plates of S S grade 304 ASTM and welding using U-Clips as per drawing and instruction of Engineer - in-charge. excluding the cost of RCC/CC and earth work

Providing and fixing is position high bond (VHB ) double tape 24mm , 2.3mm thick for jointing ACM/Aluminum sheet with SS frame including all processes like cleaning , cutting,chemical application, pressing etc. as per sample appoved by engineer-incharge.

Providing , cutting , hosting and fixing in position including fabrication of 3mm thick Aluminium composite material (ACM) sheet made of 2 Aluminium sheet of 0.25mm thick each having a distance of 2.5mm filled with rubber polymer complete to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge comforming to various concerned ASTM standers and welding using U-Clips complete (Measurement to be taken of the face area of sheet).

Providing and fixing retro reflective sheeting grade XI as per ASTM D-4956-07 in single layer of approved colour over ACM/Aluminium sheets complete with necessary adhesive and pressure method etc. The sheet layer of type- XI sheet shall be on full face of ACM/Aluminium sheet with words/direction,pictogram (picture) , arrows , signs shall be printed over sheet through digital print system of approved make complete, all as per drawing and direction of engineer-in-charge (payment shall be made for flat area of sheet only).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grounting the joints with cement and matching pigment etc., complete. size of Tile 600x600mm

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25% 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size including Recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25%. Condition:- 46.85 MT cement shall be arranged by the contractor himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account
