Hiring of tipper truck of capacity with hydrolic jack along with driver and helper all i/c tools, diesel mobile oil etc., for running of truck and all damages, tear & wear, punishment / challan due to violence to traffic rules shall bourne by the owner of truck him self. tipper truck should not be of capacity less than 8.00 cum and also it should be good in condition mounted with hydrolic lift and upto date document should be maintained by the owner of the truck which shall be required along with all permission for carrying all type of building materials, malba and rubbish etc., from NDMC area anywhere and anytime, upto designated location in NDMC are or outside the NDMC area as decided and direction by Engineer-In-Charge. Tipper truck should be sent as and when required at least for 8.00 working hours per day or upto 100 kilometer running / day as per requirement of the department and upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
