Repairing of Variable Frequency Drive of 45KW which includes its PCB , rectifier, IGBT complete to make the VFD operational including Servicing the same which shall be capable of operating on the AC Supply Voltages applicable to the end site with suitable tolerance for variations in the incoming mains power supply. The applicable supply voltage range must meet one the below: 380-480V A + 10%. VFD’s must be capable of continuous operation with the connected load with up to 3% voltage Imbalance between the incoming phases. VFD’s shall be capable of operating with a mains supply frequency range of 50-60 Hz + 2%. The VFD shall be capable of variable frequency range of 45 KW (400V /60HP (460V , variable voltage output in the range 0-50Hz and 0-45Hz Supply Voltage. VFD’s after repairing VFD should include protection features to ensure that the motor may not operate in an overloaded condition which may cause damage to the connected motor. It shall be capable of controlling the motor with a constant or variable torque output characteristic in order to operate the desired load. Selection between constant and variable torque operation should be easily selectable by parameters within the VFD. Make: (Danfoss)

Fabrication, supply & installation of GI duct of 22SWG as per site requirement including hanging supports nuts bolts, painting complete as per site requirement including dismantling of existing duct with the help of ladder/scaffolding as required at site.

Credit for retaining old material dismantled during execution of work
