The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar nature of works during the last seven years. The similar work refers to Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (COMC) / Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) / Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of heavy earth moving machines (HEMM) of minimum 60 HP engine capacity. The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - Three similar works, each for a value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender, i.e., Rs. 76.16 Lakh. - Two similar works, each for a value not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender, i.e., Rs. 1.14 Crore. - One similar work, for a value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, i.e., Rs. 1.52 Crore. One example of similar work completed is mentioned, which includes a comprehensive operation and maintenance contract of 25 Nos. Backhoe loaders for 01 year, with a total of 7800 shifts. The value of this work is mentioned as Rs. 3,80,82,330. However, the percentage of completion is mentioned as "None" for this particular work. In case of ongoing/Completed O&M work for contract/execution period exceeding 01 Year, the O&M work shall be considered to the amount of work completed in 01 Year period by method of averaging towards determining eligibility. For executed work order of duration less than or up to 01 Year, the value of work for the actual duration will only be considered towards determining eligibility. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the previous day of the last day of submission of bids.
