The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas is as follows:

1. Performance Security: 3% of the value of the contract
2. Liquidated Damages: 2.5% of the total cost of all resources per week, subject to a maximum of 10% of the total contract value.

Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with one of the following conditions:
1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost;
2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost;
3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
The years of past experience required for the same/similar service is 7 years.
Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid value is 168700000.
The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes:
- Number of years of experience in energy efficiency projects,
- Number of years of experience in ERP/IT projects,
- Number of years of experience in financing energy efficiency/technology projects.
The bidder should have more than 7 years of experience.
Specific values and percentages of similar works completed are:
- 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed services,
- 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed services,
- 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed service.
Also, the bidder needs to provide details of assignments directly related to the experience specified, including name of the assignment, year, approximate value in INR of work, and other relevant information.
The bidder should provide a letter of intent or purchase order or certificate of successful completion for each project from the respective client, and may be asked for relevant documents such as work order, completion certificate, and copies of paid invoices (of 80% of project cost).
