Bid Capacity

2. Performance Security: 3% of the total value of the contract.
3. Annual turnover: The bidder should have a turnover of at least Rs. 5 crore per year during the last three financial years.
4. Service experience: The bidder should have completed at least one service of value not less than Rs. 1 crore per annum or at least two services of value not less than Rs. 50 lakh each per annum related to providing courier service in a single contract.
Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes previous experience of working with Ministries/ Department/security sensitive organizations and Private Vendors in the field of collecting, packaging, and airfreight of consignments. The bidder should have completed at least one service of value not less than Rs. 1 crore per annum or at least two services of value not less than Rs. 50 lakh each per annum related to providing courier service in a single contract.
The bidder should also provide details of major similar contracts/assignments in providing courier service by the bidder on behalf of Private Sector Company/PSUs/Banks and Government Departments during the last three years ending 31.3.2024.
The weightage for previous experience is 20 marks for previous experience in service to Ministries/ Department/security sensitive organizations and 20 marks for previous experience in service to Private Vendors.
The bidder should have a turnover of Rs. 5 crore per year during the last three financial years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder needs to provide 'User Satisfaction Certificates' from services during the last 03 years as proofs of experience.
